তবে একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় আমার কাছে একটু খারাপ লেগেছে। মেসেজ দিলে সবসময় দ্রুত রিপ্লাই পাওয়া যায় না—কখনো কখনো ১–২ দিন পর্যন্ত অপেক্ষা করতে হয়, এই দিকটা যদি তারা আরও উন্নত করে, বিশেষ করে দ্রুত custom support নিশ্চিত করে, তাহলে ব্যবহারকারীদের অভিজ্ঞতা আরও ভালো হবে।
সর্বশেষে বলব, ওয়েবসাইটটি মোটের উপর ভালো এবং নির্ভরযোগ্য। তবে যোগাযোগ ব্যবস্থায় একটু উন্নতি হলে এটি আরও বেশি user-friendly এবং সবার জন্য উপকারী হয়ে উঠবে।
