Purchased a Kyota massage chair through Costco. Unfortunately the footrest assembly started having trouble almost immediately. Called the help line and spoke with Ben. He got a part to us in 4 days and the tech, Lewis, was able to come the day after the part arrived. Unfortunately Lewis diagnosed an additional problem and the entire footrest assemble had to be replaced. Ben and the tech sorted out the details and it showed up 6 days later. Once again Lewis was there the next day, replaced the assembly and the chair is now amazing!
The problems appeared to be in the control boards for the chair and footrest (2 bad boards!), so perhaps Infinity has an issue with their supplier. That said, they absolutely stood behind their product and responded to and resolved the issue quickly.
I would absolutely do business with Infinity Massage Chairs again. Hats off to Ben and Lewis!

Great customer service!

Fantastic customer service and follow up. I had one shoulder airbag that would not inflate and Infinity sent a service technician (Tom) out for an excellent fix. Thanks Tom and Infinity.
Infinity also did a repair follow up call to make sure everything was good.

We have the Infinity Sovana 4D DualPro and absolutely love it. During the first month, we did run into a minor issue — a sensor at the top of the chair hadn’t been installed correctly, which caused a loud thumping noise when the chair powered on. Support was very responsive, and a technician came out quickly. The fix was simple: he realigned the sensor, and the chair has worked perfectly ever since.

I spoke with three different technicians over several days regarding two issues with my Kyota massage chair.
Every one of them was extremely competent, they took the time to explain different options and offered to set up a service technician to install. Speaking of which the service technician they sent to the house was also a true professional.
My only disappointment is with the chair itself. I have owned a Brookstone, an Osaki and now the Kyota. My first two chairs didn’t require any maintenance for quite a few years. It’s just a little over a year and a half with the Kyota and I’ve had two major issues already. Just wondering if these issues are common with this chair.

I have to say, this was some of the best service we’ve ever received when having a problem with a product. My chair is fairly new, 6 months old, when the back kneading motor stopped working. I called you. You immediately overnighted the parts, from NH to Utah. You then set us up with a repair man from Misquite, Nevada. He came in 2 days notice. Parts didn’t fix it. You sent more parts, he came back in 3 days and between service man and your tech. It was fixed. Thank you! Best service ever. Love my chair. It is so helpful on my arthritic body.

Poor service, sleazy salespeople. It’s an overpriced chair that you can get elsewhere for half the price and better service.
Save your money buy elsewhere and don’t fall for their “$4000 off” Costco deal / it’s actually “$4000 more for the same thing you can get elsewhere”
I love my massage chair. I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia and this chair helps me so much!! We had a little bit of an issue when we first got it, BUT customer service contacted us and made it right. I am very happy with my chair and the entire outcome.

Received my Riage 4D in December and has worked great. Had slight problem with back cylinder diagnosed through tech support. Had new part shipped directly to me and had repair person call and set up appointment. He arrived exactly as requested and part installed flawlessly. This chair gets used nearly every day and works great. Highly recommend. Jen followed up on the repair as promised. Very satisfied!!!

I simply love Infinity Massage Chairs! My brother surprised me with one and then upgraded me to the newer version including the white glove setup.
I had a few issues with both chairs but the Customer Service worked through them and had sent a knowledgeable Tech who resolved the issues. I’m a satisfied customer. Thank you Infinity Chairs.

We have owned our Infinity massage chair for a couple years now. We absolutely love it! We recently had something break in the mechanism in the back and Infinity was great! They shipped the needed part to the house right away and a technician call a day or two later to set up an appointment. It is now repaired and as good as new!

We bought a chair through Costco and we love it. My husband is in it twice a day and I’m in it every evening before bed. We are completely addicted. The customer service from infinity is excellent and it’s a rare thing nowadays. They go above and beyond and I want to give a special shout out to Crystal. She is a gem!!! We’ve had quite a few repairs done to it, but the five-year warranty has been great. Infinity does an excellent job employing their service technicians. It can be time-consuming to troubleshoot with them, but they get the job done. There are a lot of things going on in these chairs, so I highly recommend always having the best warranty. The white glove service was great!! My husband and I are both artists and do a lot of physical work that puts a lot of strain on our bodies. We would never go without one of these chairs!!!
