I lost my phone on July 3 2026 I went to infocheckhelp and first was charged a small fee . They did nothing to help me. Now they took $49.95 out of my bank account. I didn't authorize that payment. I dont want there service. Im 61 years old im on a fixed income, this is wrong in so many ways. I want my money back in my account. I don't need there service they have done nothing for me. They want you to jump through hoops to get a response.

BE CAREFULL! THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM.
they took money from my account unauthorized first 3 small payments and another payment of 40 pound. I dont even know this company.
They won't help you getting your money back which they kind of stole in the first place but the bank is not helping to get it back either.

my credit card company text me about charge coming thru I do not know this company and did not get them to do anything got me for 2 months $49.95 my credit card company with go after them

It tried taking money from my card and I declined because I don’t keep money just on my card for reasons like this. Stay safe people from company’s like these

I unsubscibe, and it still trying to take my money. I don't need it. Don't want it, stop the charges. It was a one time deal only.

This is a scam. Tried it once on July 2nd 2026, to help a friend finding back his lost phone, cancelled officially the account one had to get straight away after a lousy performance 3 minutes later. Got confirmation of that cancellation. Now, I found out that from the 8th untill the 9th of July 26, a small amount of two times € 0.71 and 3 times € 0.69 were written of my bank accout. Blocked my card directly. Now it's 5 times a small amount, maybe they think they won't notice, and than they follow up with larger amounts probebly. But this is offically theft. But I think it's not worth the hassle filing a report unfortunately, seeing that the firm is based in the USA.
They got enough brilliant examples from the persons leading their government first and foremost DJT.

Fraud company. Keep charging without subscriptions

C'est un site arnaque ou on vous prélève sur votre carte bancaire un abonnement non consenti et imppssible d'annuler cette abonnement. Attention Arnaque.

Rip off. Bill three times, then attempted to bill me an additional $49.95 for no valid reason. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. Stay away from thus company

C’est une pure arnaque. Je me suis inscrite et je me suis désabonnée après avoir payé pour une recherche, que je n’ai pas reçue.

Depuis ce jour, ce site n’arrête pas de me prélever des sous tous les jours! Je leur ai envoyé plusieurs mails qui sont restés à ce jour sans réponse. C’est du vol!

This is not a legitimate Company. Beware!!! They profess to being able to help find a lost or stolen cellphone which they cannot do without sending a message to said lost or stolen phone so "someone" can accept for the phone to be tracked. Then they charged my phone a 50 dollar charge that I did not authorize and then sold that Info as I began to get charges all over the globe. These are the worst types of people to pray on folks who are already in a dilemma.

Why they charge me 49.95 ill never agree.i want refund

Very low fee advertised and then a bill of £39.95 appeared in my bank statement for information that was poor at best. I would not recommend to anyone.

Bad informations,long waiting for that, and then,trying to rob me with some anothers payments with my card, dont use google pay or somethink, they already try to cut off like 25$ from my bank account.

Beware of requesting any info from this company. I agreed a charge of £0.95 for tracking a mobile number & got charged £39.95 for a monthly membership I did not agree too the following day.

Infocheckhelp. Com scammed - 39.95€ off my account without authorisation for some unknown to service. I have found it difficult to source details of this company.
