Fraud
4/01 update. As expected nothing has still happened. I keep getting one excuse after the other. I finally got a response back this morning where I was told that they would send me the paperwork for a refund tomorrow. We all know this will never happen. So as of right now I’m out $21,700 Complaints have been filed with the FBI, DOJ, and the California state Attorney General. For all those out there who have been degraded and robbed I hope we can find a way to come together to put a lawsuit along with criminal actions against everybody there.
3/14 - My application had been put out there for a business loan. Jack from Infundz contacted me and said they could help me. He was very nice and helpful and reviewed the whole process with me. They had me approved for a line of credit then told me the problem was my IRAS score was too high. I needed to bring it down. They had a 10 day program that could help me bring it down. I was handed off to Patrick and never heard from or was able to get ahold of Jack again. After a bunch of pressure, I decided to do it. They would fund me a small amount on a 10 day payback but I also have the option for an early payback. I took the early payback and paid them back plus $7700 in interest in fees. All these fees were supposed to be refunded to me upon second funding. All of this was also supposed to happen over a period of 24 to 48 hours three days later. They told me that they had missed another fee for $5000. Not knowing what to do I paid the fee. Five more days go by and still no funding. They tell me the last thing they’re missing is a $3000 security deposit fee. Not knowing what to do and being a fool I paid the fee. During this entire time I was handed off to one phone call with Phillip, but could never completely get a hold of anyone. It is a complete and total scam and I’m the fool who fell for it. These guys are crooks and have no intention of actually doing what they say. I’m very concerned as how they got good reviews on this platform. If for some reason, I’m proving wrong, I will be changing my review but right now I would say, run, run as far away as you can.
