This is hands down one of the best fragrance brand I have ever encountered. Usually you will find one or two good scents but TRUST ME everything that Initio has put out is FANTASTIC. Not only the great smells they actually last All day and can still smell it on your clothing the following day . The only problem I am finding is which one of the scents is my favorite ! Rehab , Paragon, High Frequency, Side Effect , Musk Therapy , I can't choose ! I am beyond thrilled to finally find a house that I can stick with and feel like I got my money's worth !

I absolutely cannot recommend this perfume—and especially the bottle—in the strongest possible terms. For a product in this price range, what is being offered here is simply unacceptable.

Not only does the scent fade quickly, but it also visibly condenses on the inside of the cap and along the rim of the bottle. In practical terms, this means that a significant portion of the perfume is lost before you can even use it. I have never experienced anything like this before. What is particularly frustrating is that this serious defect occurs in both bottles—both the Oud for Greatness Neo and the regular Oud for Greatness. So this is clearly not an isolated incident, but a fundamental problem.

Even more disappointing, however, is the manufacturer’s handling of the complaint. The manufacturer has photographs that clearly show the defects. Instead of taking responsibility, they simply brush you off. The manufacturer shows no interest in seriously addressing the problem and merely refers customers to the retailers via email. Such indifferent and customer-unfriendly behavior is absolutely outrageous, especially in a premium segment where you pay around €320 for 90 ml.

Here, neither quality is delivered nor responsibility taken. A manufacturer that shows itself to be so unreasonable and disinterested completely disqualifies itself, in my opinion.

Conclusion: EMajor quality issues, no customer service whatsoever, and a completely overpriced product. I strongly advise against buying this. Stay away!

Excellent experience with INITIO from start to finish.
I really loved the sample concept with voucher refund. It’s smart, reassuring, and very customer-friendly. It allows you to discover niche fragrances without taking any risk.
All the fragrances I tested were unique, well-crafted, and full of personality. None of them smelled generic. Even the ones that didn’t perfectly match my taste were clearly high quality.
What impressed me the most was the customer service.
Outstanding support: fast, accessible, professional, and genuinely caring. My request was handled immediately, with real attention to customer satisfaction. This level of service has become rare nowadays.
You can clearly feel that customer satisfaction is a top priority at INITIO.

Good customer care, amazing products and packaging!

I used to love Oudh for Greatness, it lasted all day and even into the next, I would never fail to get compliments whenever I wore it. However they have messed with the ingredients and cheapened it. I am lucky if it lasts an hour on me now and it is certainly not strong enough to get noticed. Other than the obvious, to make more profit, why would you ruin a good product. Such a shame, I wont be wasting £300 again on it now.

Hello! I just wanted to say how lovely my things were packaged and how quickly they got to me! I am so happy I waited until I was able to buy direct from Initio, and not from a reseller or other website. So many counterfeits and dupes have flooded the market-I am no rich woman by far, but instead of wasting money on terrible copies, and worse, the fakes, I waited patiently and plunged right in...sooo worth the wait!! Bravo to the Initio team! And thank you, for brightening my day!

I contacted customer care on 16 October to let them know I was returning a fragrance. Not because it wasn’t gorgeous (it is - Can’t Get Enough) but because I had something very similar.

I received an email next morning asking me to send a picture of the unopened box, which I did. I then asked if I could exchange for Narcotic Delight and received a response straight away exchanges were currently not offered.

I asked a couple more questions and each time received a reply straight away. The Initio policy is that any samples/gifts sent with the purchase also need to be returned. However, I’d part used all of mine and queried what to do. I was told that as I’d used them, they were mine to keep.

I have to say at this point that Initio is very generous with samples/gifts. I received three 1.5ml samples, two 5ml bottles, and a 10ml.

Anyway, cut to today and I received an email advising that I was receiving an exchange after all, and my Narcotic Delight is on its way to me.

I appreciated the stress-free clear returns policy, the speed of the responses to my many emails, and just the general warmth projected from whoever was behind those email responses. I felt so special. Thank you 🌹

I bought musk therapy, I had never smelled this fragrance before, I bought it based on the reviews. The smell is simply cosmic, fantastic. My mother also wanted it and I bought her a bottle of this perfume. I am very satisfied with the products, samples and service.

It's frustrating to see just how far brands will go with price hikes and what feels like customer manipulation. For those unaware, Initio has reduced the size of their bottles from 90ml to 50ml, yet they're still charging the same price as they did for the original 90ml (€210–220). The 90ml bottles now retail for €270 or more. Was the existing markup not enough? Is demand really that insatiable, especially knowing how little it actually costs to make the perfume? I personally will not buy from Initio anymore and refuse to be manipulated.

I bought three Initiation sets at Initio's Web site: Cofret, Carnal and Hedonist. It was a very pleasant shopping experience and payment was safe and secure. My order was processed within reasonable amount of time and the shippment was delivered by a courier. I can recommend INITIO without hesitation !

J'ai commandé un coffret sur le site, celui-ci a été retourné chez eux car ils n'ont apparemment pas indiqué mon adresse correctement, la poste m'a dit qu'ils n'avaient même pas indiqué le nom du boulevard... J'ai passé une heure à verifier aupres de mes voisins, pour finalement avoir la poste au téléphone qui m'a expliqué le problème et que le colis avait bien été livré mais non chez moi mais bien en retour chez l'expediteur. J'ai fait part du problème au service client initio par mail car il n'y a évidemment pas de numéro de téléphone... Une personne me répond que le colis a été livré chez moi mais qu'ils vont quand même regarder dans l'entrepôt je ne sais quelle bétise, sous 5 jours !! Ils refusent de contacter la poste qui leurs confirmerait bien ce qu'elle m'a indiqué au téléphone. Je pensais acheter de la haute parfumerie et avoir un traitement digne de la maison de luxe qu'ils prétendent être et bien c'est tout l'inverse. J'ai demandé à être rappelée pour rétablir la situation, on ne m'a pas non plus rappelée, pensez-vous, ils ne prennent même pas le temps d'appeler la poste pour vérifier les dires de leurs clients, préférant insinuer qu'ils sont des menteurs et des voleurs ! Hallucinant et à fuir ! C'est déjà fou d'envoyer un colis sans nom de rue mais alors là.... Dingue juste dingue

Initio Parfums Privé is one of my favourite niche perfume houses, and I recently received my order of Rehab EDP from their USA store (sadly, no locations in Canada).

I’m absolutely impressed! 😍

Yes, it took a little longer to arrive, but there was no rush on my end, especially with the Canada Post strike (which I wholeheartedly supported despite it being a bit of a personal inconvenience for me btw!).
Honestly, I don’t understand why some people are bothered by delivery times—it’s perfume, not something essential like insulin or food!
Plus, shipping was free! I personally prefer a slower, non-expedited delivery over paying extra for overnight shipping any day!

The perfume arrived beautifully packaged, just as you’d expect from a high-end fragrance brand. What initially surprised me, but ultimately impressed me, was the extra care taken in securely wrapping the package with duct tape. 📦

After reading reviews on TrustPilot about previous issues with damaged or leaking items, it’s clear to me now why so much duct tape was used. 😄

But- it also proves that the brand truly listens to customer feedback and that they not only just acknowledge concerns—but also really do take proactive steps to prevent and resolve any potential or existing issues- which is ultimately what truly matters.

Furthermore, I appreciate receiving some lovely holiday gifts with my initial order, which includes: two samples of my choice, four additional 1.5ml discovery set samples, and a 10ml Side Effects sample- oh! and a 90ml Initio PP gift bag! 😍

So, from my experience at least, it’s clear that Initio Parfums Privé really does value its customers and major kudos for that!

Now, a bit of a constructive criticism- if I had to suggest one or two improvements, it would be to offer a more robust customer loyalty program.
While I do appreciate the occasional discount codes and gifts, a more developed and expanded loyalty program could make returning customers feel even more valued.

As some have noticed- the atomizers could be improved (don’t get me wrong- they are by no means defective).

That being said, this is a minor point in what was otherwise a fantastic experience! 🙃♥️
I’ll definitely be shopping here again and would recommend Initio Parfums Privé to anyone looking for a luxury fragrance experience.

My girlfriend bought a whole collection of them and each one of them has the most obnoxious smell I've ever experienced. It makes my eyes water and gives me headaches. Most likely due to chemicals they use to intensify and preserve the smell. Awful and sickening!

Jai commander un parfum 220 eur sur le site cetais ecris un parfum offert jai la preuve quand je recois une petite bouteille je les appelle ils disent non c une boite vide qui est offerte et pas un parfum pourtant cetais bien mentionné bouteil de parfum offerte et quand je demande un remboursement ils accepte pas une grosse arnaque ce site que ce soit l'odeur du parfum sa sent pas bon du tout déjà meme pour 50 eur la bouteille je prendrais pas en temp normal alors 50 ml toute miniature 220 eur c'est l'arnaque du siècle.
