Good provider
Good provider. I've been using their VPS for more than 4 years. Couldn't remember any problems with this VPS, so almost haven't contacted them. But, when I did a wrong boot settings myself and the VPS became unreachable, they helped me fast and that problem was resolved.

I have always had great service and reliability with their systems. I maybe have had only a few small problems which their customer support resolved within seconds of responding. They are always very transparent to any updates downtimes or any reboots. I appreciate that.

Long-Time Customer - Super Satisfied
I have been a customer of Iniz for several years now (since 2014). I've had nothing but good experiences from them. The VPSs I've had with them have always performed adequately, been very stable, network issues have been sparse and rare, and the customer support I have received has been reasonably timely, and always top notch.
As long as Iniz continues the good service that they have always provided me, they will continue to be on my short-list of recommended quality providers.

You attempted to order using Bitcoin method and MaxMind marked your order as high risk. Under duty to protect our clients and network (from abuse from 'anonymous' customers and verify the details are correct we may ask for further verification if your order is deemed as high risk. Also we have located only 1 ticket in last 48 hours from the same location as your signups with different details. We only asked for ID on your first order which you signed up with a completely different name.
INIZ suspended my VPS and account…
INIZ suspended my VPS and account without warning after I conducted a few speedtests (via speedtest-cli), they said that it was classified as a "DDOS" attack.
They then asked for a PICTURE of my credit card to reinstate my account which I thought was strange.
That being said, the VPS seemed to have the CPU and network performance that was advertised.
Edit: INIZ contacted me in attempt to coerce me into removing this review. I wouldn't trust the reviews on their website if they remove the negative ones.
Edit2: It's disgusting what they are accusing me of doing. I ran speedtest-cli ONLY, which, yes does generate a lost of momentary traffic, but I never ran any PERL dos script.
INIZ, if this is how you treat your customers then I feel sorry for you - lying won't get you anywhere. And it's also funny that you have removed any negative trustpilot review from the banner in your website.

Signed up with completely false details and the name here does not match what was entered on billing, whilst we have instant activation on orders passing basic verification (MaxMind), we may ask for further ID verification if we cannot verify the details entered on manual review.
Then went on to use a notorious dos perl script to attack other servers and was automatically caught by our monitoring system at that point we no longer waited 24 hours for verification and terminated the account.

Been a client for the last 5 years, this service is excellent. Affordable prices, extraordinary stability, fast support. Definitely recommend.
