This company scammed me out of $550. After being sold a policy, I realized this was not what I intended to sign up for. I called and communicated, and was assured I’d receive a refund within 7-10 business days. Instead, I was charged again. They refuse to refund any of my money because they did not record the call where I was promised a refund. As a newly single, pregnant woman, this financial blow is negatively affecting my ability to care for my medical needs. This company needs to be help accountable for lying, stealing and scamming pipe who are seeking medical care.

Chris was great, he made the process very easy for me and the application took no longer than 40 minutes. I was quite confused with all the options online but Chris made sure I knew what my options were. Thanks!

The gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgeable and answered th questions I asked. I felt very comfortable at the end of my call and received my cards in the mail 7 days later.

I had my monthly charge for the plan debit earlier than expected. I called customer service ready to give them a peace of my mind but Nick was but helpful and apologetic and changed my billing date so that it adjusted with my pay schedule. I wasn't expecting them to be so proactive but they have a customer for life now=!

I first signed up for this plan on 5/16/24. I was told that it would be effective as of 5/17/24. I was also told to go to first health to find my provider. My provider was showing as covered. When I made my appointment my doctor couldn’t verify my insurance. They kept stating my member id of G99915 was invalid. I called the innovative health and they stated yes my plan is active however I would t be able to use it for a full 30 days unless it was an emergency. I called today on 7/11/24 to the 866 949 3581 number. I attempted multiple times to get through to someone. When I did finally reach someone the young lady was very rude. I gave her my information and the nature of the call. She proceeded to ask me why I needed to cancel my insurance. I told her what happened and she stated well the doctors isn’t doing their job and they should have called them. I then asked her about canceling my insurance and she stated I’m just trying to have a conversation. I then explained I have the right to cancel my insurance and would like to. She then hung up the phone. Every time after this call someone will pick up the phone and hang up. I called from another number for this same young lady to answer the phone only to give my information again for her to hang up the phone. I had to report them to my bank for fraud to stop any payments and cancel my debit card so they will not take anymore money from me. I have also reported them to the BBB. This company will word things in responses as so customers don’t understand their policies. I’m very well aware of how my policy works however no need in being rude when I want to cancel my policy and avoid my calls so your company can attempt to make more money from the consumer. This company will run a scam and fraud you out of your money. They are only willing to work with you when you give them money however when you want to cancel your plan they will do everything to avoid from canceling so they can continue to take money from you. Also there is a joinder agreement in the plan details about you and the company becoming a partnership. Never in my life have I heard of becoming a partner for purchasing a health insurance plan where I have to commit to 500 hours of work a year. This goes to show how fraudulent this company is. Please be aware and read any BBB reviews prior to working with this company. They are all negative. They are also not even BBB accredited. Whoever their general partner Jimmy Sutton is needs to look closely at the fraud these people are committing.

Before I could obtain coverage through my job, I had a plan with innovative for roughly ten months. Although the plan I was on was really basic, I never had any problem getting checkups, and I also saved money on prescription drugs. The plan I was on was not intended for serious medical conditions, but it was ideal for routine check-ups, telemedicine, and basic coverage...

I had a plan with Innovative for about 10 months before I was able to get coverage through my employer. The plan I was on was pretty basic but every time I went for a check-up I didn't have any issues, I was able to save on my prescriptions too. The plan I was on was not designed for major medical issues but for basic coverage and telehealth, check-ups etc it worked very well.

Was a little nervous signing up at first but then got my ID card in the mail and was able to login to the member portal to see my documents. Sign-up process was really easy but you have to speak to an agent on phone.

I want to cancel my insurance with this group because my employer is going to give me the insurance and I don't have the month yet and I have never used it. How do I cancel and get my enrollment money back?

If I could put zero stars I would. I got this insurance and was given false numbers on what my medication would cost. I was quoted $30 and ended up being charged $329. I called to cancel my insurance since it was within the 30 days. However, they kept giving me the run around, pretended they couldn’t hear me, and was on the phone for over 2 hours. Finally, they told me I would receive an email within 24-72 hours confirming my refund and cancellation, and my refund within 10-14 days. Don’t get this insurance. It’s a scam.

I have several claims open and some dating back to last year. On Sept 11th 2023, I went in for a routine follow up with my Dr. I paid my co-payment and just yesterday (6/7/2024), I was notified by my PCP that my routine check up claim was rejected by Innovative Partners. Now I am concerned that they will not cover any of my claims. I cant believe they think they can do this. I have never missed a payment with them and then they do this. You cant get them on the phone and when you do, they have no clue what I am talking about.

UPDATE: I tried to call and was on hold and then it just hung up. I called back and said they were closed. This is Tuesday 6/11/2024 at 12:29PM CST

100% agree with every negative review on this place. My Medicaid was canceled due to my new job income. So I was looking for a health insurance plan. Somehow ended up with this place. And yea was told my dental and prescriptions would be covered. It was a complete lie. They covered nothing and got me for almost 200$. Don’t get anything thru this place

I spoke with these people and they signed me up for their plan. I didn't want that! They took two payments out at over $500! After I cancelled they are refusing to refund my money! This company is a scam!!!🤬
I spoke with someone in customer service on the 6th and he was very rude and basically called me a lier! All I want is my money you took from me back!

I know it's past the 30 days. It went past because I was not informed that I was signing up for a policy! That's what I'm saying, I was lied to! I didn't need your insurance policy, I didn't want your insurance policy! I was told a lie from your people!

Also, I did not review or sign any documents! That's what I'm telling you people, you people lied to me! I was not told anything about signing up for a policy! I didn't need or want a policy. I have medical insurance why would I want a policy from your company? I don't care about the 30 days, I want my money back!!!

I spoke with this company a couple days ago, they took the payment from me for a new health insurance plan and now I can't reach them by any phone number they called me from or from their direct lines listed here. Stay far away from this scam of a company. I contacted the insurance company directly and they have no record of my enrollment. SCAM

I just started with Innovative Partners but I was able to have a great conversation with the agent and customer service. My rate was lower than what I had previously.

I read some of the reviews online, I think people might be confused but keep in mind Innovative Partners is not the one selling the health insurance plans, they are the billing and customer service company.

Not the worst experience honestly I was a little nervous after signing up but I called the customer service number on the back of my card and apart from the 8 minute hold time they answered all my questions and were super patient with me.

Intially I'll admit I was skeptical and confused about some of the pricing but when I called customer service they explained the benefits to me and made me feel much more at ease.

My experience was pretty good, the process is relatively automated after you speak to an agent and I got all my documents online and in the mail.
