Misleading feature claims - refused to refund
VideoFrame's own product page lists "Framer CMS integration" as a supported feature, and their FAQ states the plugin integrates "seamlessly" with Framer. Neither is true in any meaningful sense. The product cannot handle dynamic CMS workflows - a standard, widely-used Framer feature - making it unfit for the purpose their advertising implies.
I cancelled on the same day as purchase, before using the product, and requested a refund under their own policy. They refused, despite the clear gap between what's advertised and what the product actually delivers.
This falls under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - digital content must be as described. I'm now pursuing a chargeback. Avoid if you're planning any CMS-based setup in Framer.
