I don't recommend this service. They get you on a contact and don't show up when it's convenient for you, only when it works for their schedule. I cancelled my services and has to pay an early cancellation fee which was equal to a 3 month service.
This company is awful to deal with because you can never get a human voice to speak to, it's all AI generated and very frustrating.

Très mauvais service. Produit inefficace et quand on demande de repasser il ne le font pas. Il ne respecte même pas leur propre clause de contrat.

Vraiment pas contente... Un on m'aborde en anglais, deux on me texte que je dois un montant X sans jamais m'avoir fourni de facture. La personne qui texte n'a ni accès à mon compte ni à mes factures mais elle sait que je dois ce montant X.... Je suis obligée de téléphoner ENCORE à la compagnie, qui m'aborde toujours en anglais et après deux appels, 6 textos, on dit vous devez un montant x qui sera prélevé sur votre carteXXXXX (carte qui a été remplacée cet été)ec j'ai répondu que je payerai ce montant là quand j'aurai ma facture..... Vraiment un énorme manque dans la communication pis en plus en anglais.... Au Québec c'est français d'abord et anglais second.... C'est comme ça ici... J'espère que mon commentaire sera vu par la compagnie et plusieurs clients.....

This company charges you an arm and a leg for promises that are not fulfilled.

The salesman guaranteed results, including a respray or a money-back guarantee. Neither happened.

They do keep coming back to spray, but we have seen no noticeable improvement in the spiders, silverfish, wood bugs, mice, or other pests that were included in their list of services.

I am now planning to take the company to Small Claims Court. If anyone else has had a similar experience and is considering doing the same, I’d be happy to share what I have learned and help where I can.

Company is a scam, door to door salesman quotes one price and then the company charges another, told price quoted was for season, then they charge that amount monthly. They take your credit card info, but don’t provide you with you any information, no contract, no invoices, I only got past invoices once payments stopped. Service was useless, never had so many wasps and mosquitoes, when requesting a re-spray, essential told to wait for next scheduled spray. Do NOT use this company, unless you like throwing your money away. If I could I would give Zero stars

This company is awful, their communication is almost non-existent and sometimes they just might not show up.
A year ago, someone showed up at our door, telling us they had a limited time offer for service in our neighborhood. I should have seen the red flags right away. I signed up because we have brown widows in our backyard and I'm afraid my kids will get bit when they play. So first off, they lock you into a one-year contract. If you try to break it early, they charge you the full-year amount. Second, they charge you every month but only spray once every other month. Here's where the problem came up. We have an aggressive dog. So we asked them to call us ahead of their arrival so we could make sure he was inside when they sprayed. Twice, we didn't receive a call; we instead received a bill for the month, telling us what they did. The problem was, there was no way they could have showed up without getting bitten or barked at. I called, asking for them to send someone to spray. They said they would call me back with a date. They never called back. This happened at least five times. I eventually gave up. When I finally canceled at the end of the contract, they still charged me for the last month, for which they didn't come out and spray. We have more brown widows than ever. Now I just go on a weekly spider hunt myself.
So if you need pest control, pick literally anyone else. You'd have better results adopting a feral barn cat.

I had a young fellow come t o my door and sold me on having a mosquito spray . I understood I would get 3 applications for around 200 dollars. I had the property sprayed and t he results were not that good. They came a second time and sprayed again two days later I went out to water some trees and got eaten alive by mosquitoes. Found out shortly after that they charged my credit card a little over 200 dollars for the second application. So I called to cancel the service bur they told me I signed a contract that would cost me 185 dollars to cancel. The person selling door to door was not very clear on the cost I was led to believe the cost was 200 for the 3 applications.i still have mosquitoes and now I’m our 600 dollars . I would not recommend anyone using this service feel like if been ripped off.

Do Not Use This Service. This service did not control the most basic pest problems for us. We had another pest control service that we were very satisfied with and made the mistake of listening to a high-pressure door to door salesman that sold us on the same service we had been receiving for a small discount. I made the mistake of choosing to leave the company we were with and go with Insight. First, you must sign up for a year contract that has a very large fee to cancel within that year. Within three months of starting the service we started having issues with pests we never had issues with for the 5 years we were with the previous company. Spiders, ants, wasps and mice. I had the company come back 3 times for retreatments that were completely ineffective on these pests. First the technician used a spray material that was completely ineffective on the wasps, then came back and used a powder material that was supposed to kill them when they tracked it into the nest just inside three areas of our retaining wall. For two days I watched the wasps track walk right through the powder and into the rock wall and other entry areas at our pool bbq hut all day long and nothing happened. They retreated the areas two more times with no success. Then I went with the technician to watch him open the mice bait stations where we had been not seeing mice until they placed their bait stations. The material used had not been touched by the mice. I asked why the bait had plastic around it that would hinder the mice from smelling it. He said that was required. We also now have spider infestations and ant infestations around our pool areas that we never had before. I was finally done with them after being ineffective after 3 reservices in a month period and had to pay a huge fee to cancel my service. I highly recommend not using this service.

Abosute worst people pressured me into a one year service extremely pushy never go with these people

We initially signed up with Insight when a solicitor came to the door. At first, we had fairly good service and prompt visits etc. After about 6 months the quality started to drastically decrease and about 10 months after sign up we had a mouse infestation after contacting them for a visit and being told the rodent activity was low after I sighted a nest outside close to our house. The situation escalated very quickly and there was mouse droppings all over the house, including my pantry where multiple packages of food were chewed and opened while we were away on vacation. Chris (who is the field manager apparently) came twice after me complaining multiple times that the issue wasn’t dealt with. Overall terrible experience, ended up having to hire a different exterminator for the issue.

Doesn't work as we still have enormous spiders all over. We try to get ahold of someone and it's almost impossible to talk to someone. Then they send someone out which takes so long to get someone to come and the problem is still there. Try getting your money back and it's virtually impossible. They strong arm you into staying with the contract too. Please don't go with this company as you will be sorry.

I just received this service about 20 minutes ago. This is a review based on the worker since I will see how well the products work over the next several weeks. Oumar was very polite and explained everything that he had done…very pleasant!

Had great service by Connor Baldwin, arrived earlier , which was great, any questions he answered them, did outside and inside, great job

A bit untrustworthy. Hidden costs, did not come at allocated time, quoted a different price than charged. So many red flags I would go with different company.

They didn't disclose up front that there is a $100 cancellation fee which is highly unethical. Never do business with these bastards ever! I lost my job and had to cancel a month after getting the service and that's when I find out about the fee. They're not up front about it, it's in the fine print of the agreement.

Our technician Jay M. Is so kind, polite, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Because of the rain he was willing to add my reschedule to his already full day the next day. Thank you Jay M.!!!
