The service and care I received was excellent. I was contacted by a staff member to ensure that I received exactly what I wanted. Shutters arrived, very well packed and protected. In a very timely manner. Fitted perfectly and look great. Would highly recommend both company and product.

Easy to follow guides for measuring and fitting. Delivery on time and very quick. Took out insurance just in case my measurements were wrong but did not need too as fitted perfectly.

A fabulous product easily installed with guidance available from the IFS team if you have any concerns.
They transform a room at a fraction of the price of traditional shutters and make the doors usable.

Great company with really good communication via WhatsApp. Our window bead depth was shallower than they advertised; however they were able to provide a shim to accommodate this. The videos on the website showed easily how to measure and install the shutters. We’ve had good and fast communication throughout and no question has seemed to be a bother. The pricing is also so reasonable compared to other quotes we have received. We will be ordering for other rooms of our house!!

Forget the rest because these are the best. Excellent support from the time of order to delivery. Will certainly use IFS for my other windows. If im lying im dying 👌

Abserloutley amazing start to finish. Instant fit shutters wow! I spoke with a few agents Jessica (I think) & Joseph if you need any help you can chat and what’s app, send photos and videos if your unsure of any measurements. I paid the £10 measurement protection but my measurements were perfect first time. I am a young 27yr old female and installing these shutters were super easy! Just a clip and a click and there in and look perfect. Will be fitting these in my whole house

Absolutely thrilled with the whole experience!
I never like to order directly from FB so sought out their website, the directions for measurement were straightforward and we received our 5 new shutters with 10 days, delivered to the door incredibly well wrapped.
I am pretty handy so managed to install all 5 within about 5 minutes. They are remarkably well made, fit is great and they definitely reduce noise and keep the room cooler, (as we are south facing).
All in all very happy to recommend.

Shutters themselves are lovely - however arrived with tape all over them that I had to clean off which, after spending almost £1000 on blinds, I didn’t think was right. Customer service reply quickly but don’t get your problem resolved and can’t admit error. Overall, wouldn’t bother again I would trust my gut and go elsewhere
