Scam!!! Provided me with a used installation key. I emailed seller for a refund and I was ignored.

Dear Support Team

I hope this message finds you well. My name is [اسمك], and I recently purchased a Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus Account for 5 users from your company. However, I am currently facing an issue and am unable to access the account as expected.

When I attempt to log in on office.com using the provided credentials
username:
( a3623 msoff365.fun)
(c7240 mac365.site )

the system displays a message indicating that the account does not exist. I have double-checked the login details to ensure their accuracy, but the problem persists.

I followed the instructions mentioned in the purchase confirmation email and still cannot access the account. As I understand, these accounts are legal and registered under your company name, so I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter.

Could you kindly investigate this issue and help me regain access to the Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus Account? It is essential for my work, and I look forward to utilizing this service's benefits.

Please let me know if any additional information is required from my side or if there are any steps I should take to rectify the situation. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Best regards,
Ali

Don’t and couldn’t get response for solution.

I've purchased from this website before with no issues. However, my most recent transaction with them was not as pleasant. I had purchased a license key that was not valid for the software. After verifying I made the right purchases I brought the attention to customer service. No reply. No help. Will not purchase from again. Too bad.

Scammers they are. I paid for MS office on the 18th of June, a few hours later I still did not get my product key even though it was supposed to be "instant delivery". I went ahead and bought a product key elsewhere that I activated. So now I don't need the product key from insta legit anymore. After asking them for a refund for a product that I did not get, they replied to my email with the code. I told them I don't need it anymore as I bought a code somewhere else, and they flat out refuse to give me a refund. I disputed it with my bank. I know I'll be getting my money back for sure and I won't ever shop with them again

You were very helpful with installing the software.

you are deceiving people. I already know who else suffered from this, but I paid for 2 MS Office Pro Plus 2021 licenses, and I didn't receive the licenses, it's been 2 or 3 months. I sent about 4 emails to support, and they did not respond, but they claim in their advertisements that they guarantee email responses and support in 12 hours at the most. I still need my money back.

Easily solved via WhatsApp

good store, The support takes time to answer but everything worked correctly

I bought a Windows 10 Pro license, at first I did not receive the email with the confirmation of the transaction, but by WhatsApp in a short time and easily helped me and I could activate my windows 10 without problems. So I recommend it. WhatsApp support is the same support number.

All ok, nice service.

Windows 11 Home license did not work.
