I ordered 2 bottles of a specialised allergy sun cream from this website. When the product arrived I noticed that the expiry date of the product was only 6 months. I then emailed Instant Pharmacy and pointed out the very short shelf life of the products supplied. I explained that i was very disappointed asI had ordered the same product from another online supplier earlier this year and the expiry dates on those products are October 2027.
The response from Instant Pharmacy was that their supplier thought that 6 months shelf life is acceptable but if I wanted to return the goods I could and I would then receive a refund. The fact that I am going on holiday in a few days means that I don’t have time to return the goods which I need for my sun allergy.
What really disappointed me was that this company’s ‘Standards’ are being set by what the supplier thinks rather than what the customer expects and deserves.

Good price but 6 days after ordering teh Post Office is still waiting to receive the order from Instant Pharmacy for delivery to me. Far from Instant!

I was very pleased with my order for Vitamin D tablets from the word go! I was kept up to date with the status of my order as promised and it was delivered on time!.The added bonus was that the price was very competitive! I would highly recommend this company!

Abosolutly the worst people I have ever had dealing with don’t answer phone don’t return emails ordered my goods never arrived obviously a scam outfit don’t deal with these ripoff merchants

Quick delivery allowing for christmas/new year holidays. Tablets had expiry dates well ahead & received in perfect condition. (Not like others I've used before eg ordered 2 months supply but with only one month's expiry date.) Will certainly recommend for efficient service. Thank you.

Shocking service then

Order never arrived. Emailed three times and weeks later there is still no reply. I assume it is a scam website.
