This company is a fraud!

This is Josh Munt's statement; I am pleased to attach our recommended quote for your Property Owners Insurance from Modus Underwriting Limited from the 7th of July 2023 to the 6th of July 2024.

The year's premium (including IPT and all fees) will be £ 439.49. This is based on the low end of your re-build value given, please advise if this needs amending.

I did not hear anything from Josh Munt until the 20th of July 2023 concerning the e-signature that was not sent to me.
I asked him to cancel the process of getting Insurance on the 20th of July 2023 the same day since the credit agreement with Investec was not established.

Now Josh Munt is threatening me that he have attached an invoice for the payment of £121.51 due within 7 days to avoid further action, for cancelling his insurance when I did not make any payment for anything to be insured in 1st place?

Always a 5* service from Josh - he responds quickly and delivers. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Price was less than last year by 6%
It would have been even better if I was contacted 4 weeks before renewal. Rather than I had to call about 14 days before renewal to chase what is happening

After selling a property in November 2022 I cancelled a buildings insurance policy. I promptly received a refund invoice and was asked to provide bank details for the refund. I have now been waiting over 4 months for the refund. I have chased the company number of times via telephone but am still waiting. Wont be using this company again.

After the above review was published I received the full refund on 3/4/2023. Thanks Trustpilot.
