My studies at IIN have enriched my knowledge, mainly in the emotional and spiritual aspects, in order to be able to help people in a more efficient way. My knowledge in nutrition needed this reinforcement and I was able to get it here. It is a very comprehensive approach. Thank you.

IIN es la mejor decision e inversion que hecho en mi salud y bienestar, ha sido maravilloso y super terapeutico en mi proceso de sanacion de trastornos de ansiedad, un espacio para reconectar con mi ser y mi proposito de vida, a traves del conocimiento y herramientas claves para mi crecimiento personal y profesional. Lo que mas he disfrutado son los circulos de coaching definitivamente es un espacio enriquecedor y super poderoso para aclarar dudas y dar claridad a los pasos a seguir en el logro de nuestros obejtivos y metas. IIN has improved over the years, but still could be better. I originally started with IIN in 2018 for the Health Coach Program and what was then called the Emotional Eating course. At that time it was solely watching lectures and videos. Taking the newly named Mindful Eating course in 2024, there were still recorded videos and lectures, but now with some live calls mixed in. These were so great! I wish they had been scheduled weekly through the course. I also would prefer Zoom. So many attendees, including me, had issues with Microsoft Teams during each call. I would also like to see them make it easier for classmates to connect with each other during the course and after it's completion.
I found another company that I did a second certification for Health Coach through, which was a much better, live and interactive experience along with the recorded materials, as well as prepared me to get my NBC-HWC certification. I like that IIN offers the sub-courses (mindful eating, hormones, etc.), and those are better than they used to be, but hope they continue to improve for a better experience for learning and utilizing the material.

I intended it to be.I was looking for an interactive course. But it seems so boring 😴 without an interactive program. I regret paying my money which cost a lot. You can't talk to anyone in person only emails. Before
I could enroll I had a call all the time. Its boring listening to the same person over and over for me. I wish I could get out at this time and don't have to pay the rest.i regret its not what I intended.

It all started when I was sitting in front of the computer looking for a new career that would give me several professions in one. I found IIN where it talked about a health coach and how it could help people achieve their wellness goals. Something that I practiced almost all my life, aligning food, physical, spiritual and mental exercise. I left my country of origin 4 years ago to find myself and know what I wanted for my life, getting a new opportunity to live. On that path I found the possibility of being a volunteer, I became an ambassador for a worldpackers page, I lived several personal experiences, I was a nomad in search of my truth, in mid-2022 I began studying at IIN, only for reasons of insecurity, working in a 5-star hotel for the first time and with a mental condition that I discovered now at 32 years of age made me lose the chance to graduate in that promotion, I started again in 2023 and only now am I able to have it.
I take quite well the fact that thanks to this profession I was able to discover having ADHD, I want to put my knowledge into mental health and how food helps us better develop our health.
I want to mix science with the holistic and how unity is strength.

IIN is worth the money. It has helped me both personally and professionally. I am looking to make a career change into health coaching and IIN doing everything for me to be successful. The synchronicities that have happened since I started the program have been incredible. The work load is just right and up to date content . My only regret is that I didn’t start the program sooner

Hola, mi nombre es Estefania, actualmente estoy cursando The Health Coach Training Program en español, inicié en enero 2024 y este programa ha cambiado mi vida en TODOS los aspectos posibles, no solo he cambiado mis hábitos gracias a los aprendizajes en IIN sino que he cambiado mi forma de pensar, de ser consciente de mis emociones, de mi cuerpo, de mi entorno, y hasta me acercó a mi propósito de vida. Creo que todos deberíamos estudiar en IIN independientemente si buscamos ser coach o no, porque realmente te cambia la vida.

I absolutely am in love with the program at IIN. I was a stay-at-home mother for 25 years and was always involved in health, wellness and fitness. When I went back to my previous career I didn't find joy in it anymore. I was searching for something that I didn't know existed! My daughter's best friend was in IIN and I researched and had a great time speaking with the admissions counselor who never made me feel I asked too many questions or called her too many times. I was hooked! I told my husband the day before the tuition was due and started the course within a week. It was the best decision I have made in a long time and I have zero regrets. I love every aspect of it. While I am a little scared to start this journey, I am extremely excited about what I am learning and the new direction of my life! I particularly enjoyed working with Dillan for the coaching circles. I love the guidance and amazing ideas he has and how wonderfully he works with all the students. I am a very happy customer!

I discovered IIN while in was in graduate school, earning my master's in nutrition. Most of my classes in graduate school seemed so irrelevant, I was hating the experience. From the first class at IIN I was drawn in and wanting more, and the deeper I got into the syllabus the more powerful the lessons became. Not every single lesson spoke to me, but that's okay. IIN presents so many different approaches because not everyone will connect with every philosophy. IIN is about bioindividuality, not conformity.

I'm grateful for the incredible journey at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition! The Health Coach Certification Program has a comprehensive approach, combining ancient wisdom with cutting-edge science and giving us an expanded view of holistic wellness.
I want to express my appreciation for all our amazing instructors, and coaches, who shared their expertise and passion with us and created an outstanding educational experience.
IIN has given us more than knowledge - it's gifted us with inspiration and a wonderful community!!!

Sin dudas fue una experiencia enriquecedora en todos los sentidos; el programa de IIN me abrió la puerta a una diversidad de autores y temáticas relacionadas con la salud integral que desconocía.
Sobre todo desde la diversidad, no solo de miradas sino de alternativas laborales; de cómo cada persona puede crear ante todo lo que el curso te brinda.

Los círculos de coaching le dan al curso el "broche de oro", para acortar distancias frente a tanta virtualidad. En lo personal, los círculos fue un "baja a tierra" con mucho amor todo lo aprendido.

La única incorporación que haría, sería una guía en pdf de todos los temas / autores. Alguna especie de resumen. Si bien, en mi caso, me los hice yo porque me sirve, creo que puede ser un buen aporte al programa.

Lo rencomendaria, sin dudas!

The course materials are great! The support desk is quick and effective and they have a lot of platforms where you can connect with the people you are studying with.

The only thing I would suggest is to keep in mind that you do not have a mentor, supervisor, etc. You do have an accountability partner that is also studying the course so it is easy to get behind and struggle keeping up the pace without that kind of support.
And to have at least one platform where you can have discussions, it was kind of sad not being able to truly feel connected with other students because the fracebook group did not allow posts or discussion except in comments. Maybe using something like discord where studends can connect while they are learning materials and they could even ask questions for teachers to reply on a weekly basis.

IIN is so incredible!! I’m so glad I discovered this program and went through it! It was been so healing and feeding my soul! As if the whole thing was made to just love people! They share such incredible knowledge, wisdom, cutting edge science, latest developments in health and wellbeing, ancient knowledge, best of all worlds and best of everything!! It’s so comprehensive, it literally answers all your questions about everything! You end up falling in love with yourself and your health! I love IIN, and I’m so incredibly grateful for all the teachers, the coaches, the staff, employees and every single person who’s made it possible for us to learn such gold knowledge so conveniently, so easily and so flexibly! I’m thankful and love them all! My advice to everyone- this is a must do course in your life. If you don’t have your health, you have nothing. And the IIN HCTP is THE BEST WAY to learn everything you can possibly imagine and more about your health!! ❤️lots of love and best wishes!!

Hola mi nombre es Mony , estoy por graduarme este próximo agosto 2024 del programa The Health Coach en IIN , el cuál a sido la mejor experiencia que me estoy permitiendo vivir . Desde el 2021 tenía la intension de realizar esta certificación pero por falta de documentación y economía, en esos momentos no se me dio , años atrás había pasado por complicaciones gastrointestinales y de anciedad las cuales fueron el inicio de aprender a cuidarme y formas hábitos y así fue como algo dentro de mi me llamaba hacer esta certificación ya que me dedico a ser consultora de bienestar con una marca de aceites , y mucho de lo que veo o aprendo al compartir bienestar tiene relación con llevar un mejor estilo de vida , tanto físico , mental y espiritual y en mi búsqueda de crecimiento personal un día en internet me salió publicación de IIN , me puse a investigar que era y me emocionó saber que el poder ser un coach de salud no solo me aportaría valor ami si no que yo también puedo servir con amor a alguien más y aportarle un poco de mi guía y conocimientos adquiridos en esta certificación , cada módulo es siempre más interesante , cada video y consejos que los que ya son coaches son un gozo , y el poder realicionarte y vibrar con personas que busquen el mismo enfoque que tú eso te llena de motivación . Y motivación es una de las cosas que un coach comparte , el mostrarnos y ser reflejo de crecimiento y de ir derribando barreras limitantes y miedos que en el camino se nos presentan oh que son ideas sembradas de años atrás y las cual no sabíamos cómo derrumbar , simplemente es una bendición el

Me encanto el contenido que compartieron con nosotros, en definitiva hay un antes y un después de cuando empecé a cuando termine, sentía no tenía mucha estructura en mi camino cuando empecé, sin embargo ahora siento en mis logros personales tome mucha seguridad de mí, me siento bien con mi cuerpo y puedo tener esta conexión con él y disfruto cocinar de cosas nuevas y variadas para mi y mi mamá ya que de esta forma la puedo apoyar con su dieta ya que tiene diabetes.

Descubrí la importancia del descanso en mi rutina diaria y la higiene que tiene el mismo para poder tener energía, pues es fundamental para mi persona un descanso para poder sentirme también con mayor una mayor creatividad.

Y he decido compartir lo que voy aplicando en mis publicaciones en el área profesional.

De mis mejores experiencias academicas en torno al cuidado personal físco, mental, espiritual y emocianal. Me quedo con mucho aprendizaje para expandirlo a todo mi entorno.

I graduated as an Integrative Health Coach after completing the Health Coach Training Program with IIN in 2021. This course not only enhanced my knowledge and experience; but also taught me about wellness through a different perspective.
As I started my journey of healing myself and wanting to share the same experience with others I felt the need to be Board Certified and hence took up the CIP course with IIN. Personally, as a coach the CIP course broadened my knowledge on different aspects of coaching along with equipping me with great tools towards coaching. The buddy coaching sessions and the practical sessions helped us with live examples of how to handle different situations with ease and comfort. I am now a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach Practitioner as of May 2024.
We did not only have an amazing Coach/Trainer but also a great cohort team.
I look forward to pursuing more courses with IIN, the next being the Hormone Health Course.

Mi experiencia con IIN ha sido muy grata y de un aprendizaje inspirador y poderoso tanto a nivel personal como profesional. He podido poner en practica los conocimientos, he iniciado mi propia practica y estoy creciendo poco a poco.
