Inefficient. Don't they use computerized systems in order to easily and efficiently track items. Poor service!

The service I received from Falik was excellent. He handled my case in an efficient, calm and friendly manner. Communication and explanation was superb. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Excellent customer service
We would highly commend this company for excellent customer service, especially Falik Munir, who was attentive & efficient.
Our overall fees were higher than expected (£198 for one large heavy package) as we had not been given any pre- estimate of Heathrow charges by the South African shipping agent).
We are not sure how they split up between Qatar airline, the Airport authority & Intercargo - but handing the money over via such a charming chap as Falik (for the company) didn't hurt too much

SCAM
This is the biggest scam ever!!!!. First of all, they did not pick up my luggage at the time and place where we had confirmed to. Second, the luggage was picked up at the beginning of June of last year- it is currently JANUARY and not only have I not receive my package, but they are not answering any emails or phone calls. The few times they have reresponded I was bumped from one representative to another, with no answers and no tracking information. Absolutely absurd. Do not use or trust this company!!!

Great Customs Broker
I've used Intercargo's customs clearance service, I was recommend by Qatar Airways; Intercargo are Qatar Airways preferred customs agent. I can understand why the 5 star airline chose Intercargo and found them an absolute pleasure to work with.

Good customer service and fast response
The company has great and fast customer service. I cannot speak for pricing as I was recommended to use their service from Dnata.

Great helful staff but a high price
When U signed up I thought the price was reasonable but then it went up and up. This was probably caused by the Customs at Calgary but fit went up from £162 to £352. Not happy with the price but he staff were excellent. We had problems tracking the parcel so I rang Customer Services and I was then emailed regularly and I tracked it all the way to Calgary. Here we had awful problems with Calgary Custom and again if it had not been for the help received from InterCargos Manager in Ontario I would still be waiting to get it out of Customs. To Sum up great staff, too high a price.

Unacceptable!
Hello,
Found this company via google search and thought it had good competitive prices. Was going to sign up with this Company to ship my personal effects for a transfer of residence from UK to India and thought I would just check out the reviews for this company and Boy! am I glad I did... doesn't seem to inspire much confidence at all.
In addition, I have in the past 2 days sent online requests thrice for quotes + also sent an email to the UK intercargo email address but there has been no response at all to any! I am now beginning to believe the reviews!
Wonder if the Customer Service team of Intercargo has anything to say?

Great company
Had a good experience overall. Some hiccups with communication, but very quickly resolved. The people working there were quick to contact me both by email and by phone to help things go smoothly. Given that I, personally, do not live at the pickup location, nor do I live at the dropoff location, they did an excellent job of making sure that what my stuff got where they needed to go, and when it needed to be there. My belongings arrived within 30 hours of being picked up! Great service.
Scam
This is the biggest scam we have ever encountered. First, they did not pick up our luggage at the time and place where we had confirmed. A completely inept business
unable of delivering on their core business... the pick up, transportation and delivery of goods. They're already 2 weeks late picking up my bag, unable to contact them via their call centre or over email. They apparently don'y employ any customer service staff (or pick up drivers) but they do have a phone that rings non-stop somewhere so that's good. Heard from another reviewer that they only do refunds on Friday so i've emailed them today (Thursday) stating i've heard as much and expect my refund to be processed tomorrow. I'll let you know how it goes, but if you want a package to get from one place to another don't bother using Intercargo, as they are definitely most not "in to cargo".
