We ordered an exercise bike from the Paphos store in Cyprus. It was supposed to arrive the following week. Almost two weeks went past and we'd heard nothing so called the store. Apparently they'd been sent the wrong bike. The annoying part was no-one even bothered to notify us. So we cancelled the order and placed it online with the online store and paid for it. A few days later the Paphos store called and said the bike had now arrived - the one we cancelled. Almost 2 weeks after ordering the one online the 'tracking information (and I used that term very loosely as there is no actual tracking information on there), hasn't moved. I called the number and it seems that despite the order being placed almost 2 weeks ago and them taking my money almost 2 weeks ago, they still can't confirm whether the order has been confirmed, nor will it be available or if/when it will ship. Needless to say I cancelled the order AGAIN. How do these people stay in business if they are unable to actually sell their products through their stores or via their online store. And obviously, my refund will take 3-5 working days to return to me, unlike the lightening speed with with they took my money in the first place. Shockingly bad customer service all round
