So happy with my Ziggy cup, no leakage, easy to insert and take out, beautiful design, good quality. Incredible customer service, even after sales!

I bought the ziggy cup and unfortunately it split in the side with just 2 uses, so I contacted their team and they were quick to respond and they had offered to replace my ziggy cup for me. They had good costumer service.

I have really great experience with Intimina products. From cups that I use to kegel device for my pelvic floor. Apart from that I had really great experience with customer service about ordering the right cups and the shipment was right on time.

I love this company. The compact cup took a while to get used to but I can now use it and carry it around in case of emergencies. I would love a smaller Lilly because the silicon is amazing

I've purchased Intimina Ziggy Cup and I'm loving it, first period with Ziggy cup, and I love how it feels, how easy to insert and tale out and how does the texture of the cup feels. Loving it.

I'm not big fan of pink (especially Fuchsia) so I was staying away from Intimina period cups until I saw Ziggy cup.

I've been using period cups for awhile and I am very happy with it but after a year of using a period cup, I've started noticing that it's not the best option for me. I have a long vagina so I always had issues with taking the cup out. My finger couldn't grab deep enough to rim so I can break vacuum gently. I squeezed the bottom to break the vacuum, but my vagina was not happy with it. As an alternative I thought, I'd try menstrual disks then I've found Ziggy cup as a reusable, environmentally friendly option. I love the Ziggy cup, the texture is great, easily inserted and taken out. I wasn't sure if it would be leak free, I've gone through my first period no leaks what so ever. I love it in general. I can revisit my comment in half a year and give a better comment on it :)

The ziggy cup is messy when taking out and doesn't hold much fluid. I ruined quite a few garments because of it. I bought it after having been a menstrual cup user for 5 years and still struggled with it. It is good for "cleaner" sex if your partner doesn't like the sight of blood, but for anything else is the worst cup I've had, and I have tried quite a few brands and shapes.

I missed my deliveries due to night shifts but the company has been really helpful at rearranging it for me, can't wait to try out my new cup!

I wanted to buy the Lily one cup and out of excitement (and really good pricing) (Make sure you look for discount codes online!) I had accidentally purchased it without adding the Laselle into my cart! So I contacted customer service and Maja :) was so helpful and quick to respond.

I was so excited to try the cups from this brand. Unfortunately, I never received my first order (fault of the post office) so I contacted customer service. Ivana R. was my representative and she made sure a replacement package was sent to me. Unfortunately, I never received that package either. I reached out to Ivana again to let her know. She understood my frustration and got me another replacement package and had it sent to an alternative address. She worked with me over the course of about 16 days and was very attentive and helpful. She wanted to make sure I had the best experience with this brand and I will say that I have definitely had the best experience despite that challenges with my local post office. I am very pleased with the level of customer service I received throughout this process. Thank you Ivana R and Intimina.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong cup size. I was nervous and contacted them. It did not take long, about an hour. 7 days later the richt cup arrived. I did not use the wrong one so there was no problem

I ordered their product and I received the wrong size. I wanted it replaced and contacted Customer Care. They were quick and I received the size I needed.

Quite a good experience with their customer service. However I think they can be even better. I wanted to know more about the product and asked a few question. I got very good answers and I ordered one of their products. I had some additional questions and they were answered too. I did not have to wait at all. The girl I talked was nice but I think she should have known more about the product. The overall experience is very good. Hopefully excellent next time if I get in touch with them.

I bought a Lily cup recently, and had a few questions. I dropped them a mail, and got prompt and friendly responses. Also pretty accommodating of varying needs - I'm blind and I asked for a more descriptive explanation of the folding techniques, and the customer service person who answered me was quick to understand and respond with a more specific set of steps to follow. Would appreciate if the user manual was available as a PDF, though.
