So I ordered a shirt Bouquet button down on the website INTL collective. It cost me 120 $ but when i received it, I noticed that the brand wasnt INTL collective but HARSH AND CRUEL, and you can find the same shirt at 80$ on their website. We can add that is a 100% Polyester shirt and it’s like one of the cheapest material on the market. The seams are in contact with the skin and lots of threads protrude from the seams.

Ordered a vegan leather jacket. When the jacket arrived it had a very unpleasant fishy odor which was impossible to get rid off. When I sent the jacket back I never received my money back although the post office states that the jacket has been retourned successfully. Still waiting for refund after waiting for almost 2 months…

I ordered the VEGAS LIGHTS LEATHER PANTS and they were not what I expected. It appears the design is printed on via scanner and will fade in the sun the paints are also very long unlike the false pictures being shown other people wearing them. These pants were to expensive to be made with such horrible quality

This brand is a SCAM! Ordered a shirt and never arrived. For over a month I've gone back and forth via email and nothing was done. Save your money and go buy somewhere else if you don't want to get scammed. You can't even get a refund nothing. Poor customer service.

Ordered very recently, happy with the quality of the product, sizing runs a bit big. Ordered 2 items, one was too big so attempted to exchange it according to there policies. Emailed multiple times and messaged social media teams. No response for 5 days. So rather poor communication snd customer service. A little missleading also, it appears this company is based in the Us/Canada but the products are shipped directly from China and took roughly 8-9 business days. Overall happy with said products but horrible custom service, its a simple exchange and no response.

Really good! This ain't the first time i ordered and i never been disappointed so far. I'm definetly gonna buy again even though some items are expensive.

Grosse arnaque. Produits qui viennent tout droit de Chine alors que l'adresse du vendeur est au Canada, ça sent le droshipping à mort. Mon produit est arrivé abîmé, la qualité n'est vraiment pas au rendez-vous et impossible de me faire rembourser. Fuyez.

Admittedly, I missed the return/exchange window by a few days. They absolutely will not let me exchange my purchase even though it was sized much smaller than I anticipated. A little customer service goes a long way.
