Been wearing their performance shorts for years to the gym and love the feel of their mesh shorts. Their belts feel great and their bags last for years to come in the gym. overall great quality

**As of writing this, one of the main people behind Invicta Kuru is asking it's Discord community to leave positive reviews on Trustpilot. If you're reading this, what will you do to improve customer service? What will you do to correct and make amends for situations like mine and several others?

I like the shorts. I have bought several now.

BUT the problem is customer service and poor business practice.

They quoted DHL an amount more than full price for sale items, resulting in duties/customs being ~90% of the full price I paid. FYI a company MUST quote your shipping based on what you paid NOT, the original value of the items. This is a violation of USA and WTO policy. On top of this my items were held up, as I tried to sort the error.

I messaged several times. They did not and will not get back to any email correspondence. The discord mods (who I was finally able to reach) ghosted me.

If you're willing to deal with this, then order away. However keep in mind that this is the same customer service that will deal with refunds, exchanges and general issues - meaning you may be out of your hard earned money.

Excercise extreme caution, as my experience was not an outlier, but a common occurrence.

I first came to Invicta last year during their 4th of July mass sale and copped some incredibly comfortable compression shorts that I’d forget I was wearing once I put em on they were so nice.

I recently purchased their Berserk Armored hoodie around Black Friday last year and wow. The quality is insanely nice, Detailed, comfortable, heavy, durable and was well crafted down to each stitch and rivet to make it look legit. I will definitely continue to buy from them

I’ve been following the company for 4+ years and never had any real issues that wasn’t resolved. The quality over time has definitely improved, for the shorts that is. I really love the material change on the performance shorts v3. I think the shirt quality could be improved but they aren’t bad and the designs are sick. I own 3 belts and love all 3 of them. They forgot to send a “free item” for purchasing over 200$ (I believe it was Black Friday sale) and I contacted customer service through the discord and they saw the mistake and corrected it. I don’t watch berserk but I must say the stuff they are releasing for berserk goes HARD AF like the puffer jacket and the studded hoodie. Overall, I highly recommend to any gym goers that have a love for anime.

Bought from IK for years, always got what i ordered. High quality gym brand. Love the shorts and the tee’s. The wife beaters are nice and stretchy so you aren’t going to tear them when u take them off. 10/10

Really happy with this order. The wrist wraps feel solid and give good support without being uncomfortable. Used them a few times already, and they’re holding up great.

The duffel bag is very lovely. good size, sturdy material, and perfect for gym stuff. Doesn’t feel cheap at all.

Shipping was smooth, and everything arrived on time. Would definitely order from Invicta Kuru again.

Ordered a few women’s sets on Black Friday and everything arrived on time and in great condition. I had to send back some items in order to exchange for a different size, and the customer service was top tier. I look forward to ordering more gear in the future!

The customer service is decent. I’m sure the delay had to do with volume of requests since we were coming off the backside of two huge holidays. But my issue is with the sizing and quality. For a gym brand I expect more support from the workout bras. Yes, they are not high impact zip up sports bras. But still the flimsy straps with the adjustor part not being able to stay in place sometimes is annoying. These outfits are more for the aesthetic than the gym. The shorts are fine except for two things. The sizing is insane. Like I am a size M (8/10) in compression shorts in dang near every other compression brand I buy from the off brand cheap garbage to high quality brand like lululemon, Nike, etc. This brand I’m a xxl 💀. That’s actually insane. And then they have a sinching part for the shorts at the end that there for I’m guessing trying to keep the shorts in place maybe something else (idk). That part needs to be changed. And godforbid you squat or something the white base of the shorts becomes visible distorting the design. All these things plus the price just makes me think that they have this female line to make quick cash to actually invest in their much better men’s line which sucks, as I believe the concept of what they have going on is amazing. But yea. Very disappointing quality to pricing ratio. I hope yall take this as constructive feedback and do better. Maybe have actual women who idk workout test out your product to help you with quality and usability. Glad I didnt buy more.

Only recently joined community but been beyond welcoming and inclusive. Being from UK, this type of gear is limited and when I found IK it was a blessing. They have been super communicative and happy to help with any questions or queries. Had no defects or anything along those lines with my orders, all high quality comfortable gear. Hobbit friendly too which is a bonus for a petite gal.

I did encounter a slight issue with my Black Friday order (as to be expected with high demand / holiday period) but they went above and beyond to rectify and fix the inconvenience!

Communication was professional and prompt, I have no faults on their customer service. Overall amazing brand and can’t wait to see what they have lined up in future!

Saw thr duffel and loved it but was concerned about some of the reviews. Said f it and ordered anyway, glad i did. Duffle is great holds my gloves, shinys, gear well, litterally shipped the morning after I ordered and arrived fast.

You want to talk about one of the best companies out here for best animae gear well your in luck invicta kuru has by far one of the best gear you can get for the gym I’ve been buying stuff from this company for quite sometime and I never regret my purchases

I got a few different things, a sweater, wrist wraps, sweatpants and shorts!!

The style and quality is next level, the comfort is amazing and I have had so many compliments!!

I’ve ordered 7 women’s sets, a compression tee, a hoodie, 5 performance shorts, 2 cut offs, and a women’s crop compression. I like the quality of the products and the durability of them.

The clothes are comfortable and if you have problems, people are helpful on the discord. Things take time and this isn’t Amazon -this is better. I’m definitely going to end up buying more stuff from future drops.

I’ve been getting gym clothes and supplies from them for a handful of years now. Some of the best quality, great customer service if there is any package that is delayed/or if I got something out of stock, a great community all around.

ive purchased a couple items from invicta kuru and ive been extremely satisfied with the quality of everything. i use their compression sleeves every leg day. Their online community is amazing as well and i love getting sneak peaks of stuff through their discord

I been using Invicta Kuru performance shorts for well over a 2 years, and their still good, and when I first got them, I was 280lbs, now I'm 190lbs and I got new ones but in smaller size, I say its worth the $40 per shorts especially cause they don’t leave sweat prints on benches.

Very communicative with the shipping/delivery of their products. Products are made well and cute

I’ve literally changed my whole wardrobe to IK stuff. The people are always so kind and caring to talk to. They are better than a lot of companies out there because they take their time and don’t copy.
