Ordered 3x shorts for my birthday from the UK. Arrived in good time from the US and are exactly as pictured and size - good quality printing and fabric is breathable and perfect for the gym.

I had a single pair of shorts that had a thread coming loose. I contacted the Customer Support on Instagram and Nikki kindly gave me some advice, before offering to send out a new replacement pair my way from the warehouse. Her service, manner and help was second-to-none.

It arrived within a week! I love the wrist wraps. It helps me a lot during my weightlifting sessions. I also bought the butterfly shorts but they do roll up unfortunately.

Honestly I was skeptical because of how their socials were being taken down and the wait time on shipping from other buyers, so I was worried they would be a scam, but they’re far from it. I received all my items promptly after reaching out to customer service on the wait time for their Berserk Gym bag and some shorts I ordered. I got the shorts quickly and unfortunately bought a size too big, but Richard was so helpful on getting my exchange done!
I ended up getting my gym bag at the end of June like they said they would and omg it was definitely worth the wait! I love the attention to the little details on the bag and the quality is top notch. Same can be said for their shorts. I will most definitely order from them again in the future

I've bought nearly every dragon ballz, Naruto and berserk clothing from invicta kuru I started with the wrist raps they've held up for nearly two years so their dedication to making a good product definitely shows. I ordered the Gus Gym bag back in April 26th with zero updates whatsoever. I have emailed multiple times to no avail. I wish I had read the warnings from other customers before ordering from them.

I received my order 3 months later which would no have been an issue if there was communication surrounding it. I emailed twice prior to the shipment arriving and I did not receive a response back which made me weary about whether I would receive it at all.

La comunidad, asi como los diseños son bastante buenos, por lo menos en el Discord, se siente esa cercanía entre los usuarios, la atención también es bastante buena, si bien no hay respuesta inmediata, responden y te dan una posible solución. Único problema es la fecha de entrega, compre una mochila en preventa, se me informo que por el tiempo de fabricación se enviaría poco más de un mes después de mi compra, en Mayo, posteriormente y tras un par de mensajes, se me dijo que la enviarían el Junio 11, y hoy Junio 24, aun no tengo un correo confirmando el envío, espero recibir alguna noticia pronto, porque sinceramente me emocionaba bastante esa mochila, además de que dependiendo la calidad pensaba comprar más cosas.

I had ordered two pairs of shorts and the sizes were to big. After contacting customer support they said they would be able to switch out the XLs for Larges and they did. The whole process was easy and customer support was very helpful.

I just received my cloud bag some shorts and wrists supports. They are perfect. I was so worried because sometimes you order from sites for this stuff and it's bad. The quality is 5/5. So comfortable. Shipping was amazing and fast. Came faster than promised. I will definitely be ordering again from you!!!!!!!!! Keep up the amazing work.

Ordered the basic mesh shorts April 26. Usually, they’re delivered by the next week. I’ve ordered from them plenty of times before with no problem, so I figured they just might be busy since it was the last time they would be selling the shorts and not restocking. A month later and still no shorts. Messaged them on Instagram cause their email wasn’t working anymore. Turns out they never shipped my shorts because the Hisoka ones were out of stock. I didn’t get any contact from them about this. So if I never said anything, were they just never going to fix the problem or give me my money back? I also tried ordering a few other shorts at that time, but they were supposedly out of stock by the time I went to pay. They were all in stock in my size when I looked for a replacement.

This company is TOP NOTCH !!! Strap from Berserk Gym Bag (great quality) was stolen at the gym.They went above and beyond to see that we got a new strap asap… The customer care, consideration and efficiency they showed us was amazing!!!!

This is a scam. On Dec. 9, 2023, I ordered a $70 gym bag for my nephew that he wanted for Christmas. It was back ordered and supposed to ship in January. Well, it never came and their website has disappeared as of 5/22/24 - even though I was still getting advertising from them as of 4-26-24. Thieves!!!!!!!!
