Stood out from the rest
I contacted a couple of brokers when I initially became interested in investing in the UAE. The service I had from Invicta stood out from the others. They understood my needs as an investor, provided data and talked through my options. As a first time investor they put me at ease.

Now having secured my third off-plan property with Invicta, I can confidently say the service and support have only continued to exceed expectations. Henry remains a standout professional. Great team
Lilliana, Hadya, Henry and the rest of the Invicta team were very helpful in finding and facilitating my investment in Dubai. They kept me up to date with how the building was progressing and helped with administrative side so that everything moved along well. They also had great recommendations for other people to talk to and put me in contact with property managers and furniture providers.

Super experience with Hadya. Thoughtful tailored advice throughout. Hadya guided me towards a property investment in the UAE which has already seen a material increase in price only a year on. Since purchasing two apartments in Dubai, Invicta have been assisting me in their post completion use. They have put me in contact with both long term rental organisations for unfurnished properties and for short term furnished.
They have offered advice on if I wished to sell the properties, both valuation and marketing

Invicta is a great company to deal with and we had no issues whatsoever from the beginning of the process of purchasing a property right through to completion.
The property was completed and delivered on time and the process was seamless.
Henry was our main point of contact and was great, very proactive, and sorted out any queries instantly.
Needless to say the apartment is beautiful, great location and would definitely do business with Invicta again. I would recommend Invicta as we are the living proof of their continued success.
