We strongly dispute this review and categorically reject its claims.

After a full review of our records, we found no matching order, no payment transaction, and no verified customer history connected to this review. To verify the complaint fairly, we requested proof of purchase, including order details and payment confirmation. No evidence was provided.

As shown in the screenshot, the reviewer did not respond to our request for information within the allowed period. No order number, no payment proof, and no verifiable transaction details were ever submitted.

The statements made in this review are therefore unsupported and misleading. In addition, the claim regarding “no refund” is false. Our business provides a 100% refund in any genuine order-related issue, provided the customer has a valid order that can be verified in our system.

If the reviewer has experienced a real issue, the proper and reasonable step would be to provide the order number, payment proof, and registered email address so the matter can be investigated. Despite being given that opportunity, no such details were provided.

It is also clear that some individuals post complaints without fully understanding how professional unlocking services work, including processing conditions, eligibility checks, and verification requirements. However, making serious public accusations without submitting any verifiable transaction details does not constitute a genuine customer experience.

We are always ready to assist real customers and resolve any legitimate issue professionally. However, accusations of “scam,” “no support,” or “no refund” without any verifiable order or payment record do not represent a genuine customer experience.
