I appreciate that Sean O'Sullivan had a recommendation for me to get my colors exactly right. Our logo is a gradient which can be tricky. He made the suggestion that I submit PMS colors along with the logo, and the printing/color came out perfectly. Sean is also incredibly responsive and full of good suggestions.

iPromo is the only company we use for our firm's branded swag. No matter how large or small an order we place it is always handled white glove. While many people think of this business as "commoditized" I assure you it is not. I would never use anyone but ipromo.

Unfortunately, my experience with iPromo was disappointing. While their selection is good, customer service was slow to respond, and my order took longer than expected to arrive. I expected better communication and timely delivery. Wouldn't recommend based on my experience.
