I found the service really useful. It gave me a programme of activity and the regular check ins helped me to improve to be virtually pain free after a few months.
Excellent results. I was resigned to maybe needed surgery on a shoulder problem that had not improved after about 5months. After a further 2 months of treatment with IPRS I am almost 100% back and definitely won't require surgery. I also have a really good plan and advice for longjevity.
The midback pain I went to IPRS with has completely gone after 6 sessions.
The comprehensive stretching programme given in session 1 helped massively, and it was more insightful than I could find online, or provided to from my local GP.
To make it even better, I had the convenience of being treated whilst at work, saving travel time.
Farah gave me some really useful advice and recommended exercises to relieve my neck pain
I felt my symptoms were well understood and the right remedy was given on how to how elevate them.
The guy who has been treating me knew exactly how to help with my back and shoulder problems.
He set me an exercise routine which I had to do each day , to help ease the pain. He also massaged the areas of pain which also helped.
The physio was very friendly & knowledgeable
Good advice, a great app and a good quality service all round.

Rob Donegal was excellent. He gave informed and well thought out advice at all stages of my treatment. Understood my problems early and devised an effective recovery program which I am continuing to follow

Hi I would like to thank you Farah Nadeem for helping me with my foot. When I first come to IPRS I told what’s wrong with my foot she knew straight away what the problem. She explained everything very well and understand my situation. I would definitely recommend her .

My experience of iprshealth for physiotherapy support was really positive.
My physio (Rob Donegan) was professional and attentive, listened to my issue and provided a really comprehensive plan of exercises and additional recommendations and regular check ins. My back pain has dramatically improved and my strength also. I feel better equipped to avoid this type of injury in the future. I would highly recommend iprshealth.

Physio rang on Monday offering an appointment on Thursday. I replied if work was OK with it I would see her then. She say's she will put it in the diary. "Oh, I can't do Thursday. Can you do Tuesday?"
"Tomorrow!? If work are OK with it, yes, but I will have to let you know tomorrow morning."
"OK, do that."
Work were OK with it so I informed the physio and booked the afternoon off. Sitting at home with an hour to go the physio rings to cancel because of an emergency. Rebook for the following week but ask for something in writing to give work. Told it's not a problem and I will receive an email. Never received any email. The night before my appointment the physio sends a test message asking if I received anything. Tell her no so made other arrangements. All evening she kept sending test messages to which I never replied. The next day another text message from her. Tried re-booking another physio from the IPRS site but the message I get tells me treatment has already been booked. Of course there is no agent to talk to, hence the 1 star review.

I visited IPRS Health in January 2025.
I'll get straight to the point, it was an awful experience, the person I spoke to was underqualified to provide the advice she provided, she was rude, condecending and provided false information about ADHD and the affect it has on mental health. Because of this, I decided that I would like to not continue with the talking therapy as I needed to speak to someone who took my mental health seriously.
I saught to receive a refund in January 2025 and close this case amicably, and up to now, they are refusing to reimburse me for the 15 minutes I wasted. For anyone who is considering using IPRS Health, you would be better off talking to the drunk man in the corner of your local pub.
