You people are pathetic. The request to transfer funds was made on the 28th of July FOR AN EXPEDITED TRANSFER. Funds shoule have been transfered on the 29th or the 1st. CAN YOU DO ANYTHING ON A TIMLY BASIS???

I received a letter from the IRS…
I received a letter from the IRS stating that I owe money from 2021 and 2022 from a 990T form I never received. My husband has been trying for a week for someone to return his calls from the tax department. My question is what service do they provide as it's certainly not customer service.

Top notch customer service
The idea of opening a self-directed IRA can be intimidating. After years of discussions and research, we finally did it and chose IRA Financial after speaking with several options recommended by Forbes. The customer service experience has been very good. Today, I had to conduct a transaction on the IRA Financial website and Morgan A was so patient and helpful. With her help, I learned how easy it is to do the tasks I need to do to move money and investments around. Customer service is easy to reach and they are very practical in showing step-by-step how to do things. They have integrated everything on their website and made access to traditional investments and banking simple so that you can park money easily while assessing non-traditional investments.
