I begin to wonder if the company is a scam. Customer service is near non-existent. Try for yourself -- call the 800 number and pick anything other than "new account." The phone will ring forever, no answer, no voicemail, nothing. The online chat is similar, sometimes I get an answer 10 minutes later. They give various excuses as to why the account isn't funded yet; the last one was "maybe your financial institution mailed the rollover check to the wrong address because we did move a few years ago." Seriously? I provided my bank with the forms IRA Financial provided, which clearly list the address.
This company is a joke. Look elsewhere and save yourself the frustration.

I just got off the phone with Becky Scifo - she was great. Why? Not only was she patient with me, she had the knowledge and capacity to handle my issue. So many times I hesitate to call any customer service number - but sometimes I have no other choice - after my conversation with Becky - I would not only grab the phone to call again instead of wasting time trying to figure something out- I'm going to tell people to use IRA Financial if they want real people with real customer service skills. Initial Frustrations
I definitely had some initial frustrations with lack of responses and extremely slow responses. I understood from Cindy that this was just poor timing. I was trying to get things wrapped up and it was 'tax' time. She was very kind and extremely helpful and responsive from that point forward and changed the experience. I then worked with Jenn for the next steps with the entity and checking account setup. Again, this was a very positive and helpful experience. I appreciate the staff and the customer service that they each provided. I am now excited again. Thank you for your efforts. They were noticed.

IRA Financial had very good information about ROBS set up through videos and very helpful Customer Service support prior to my decision to do my ROBS. My special representative ROBS account support person, Nelza Martin was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful about ROBS start up and ongoing startup questions concerns and multiple phone meetings with me and my banker and previous 401k company.

From the very first email, Maria turned what looked like a complex ROBS setup into a clear, step-by-step roadmap I could actually follow. She was responsive, patient with every question I threw at her, and consistently a step ahead — drafting corporate documents, lining up wire instructions, and sending me exactly what I needed at the moment I needed it.
What stood out most was how she protected my timeline. I came in with a tight deadline, and she treated it like her own — no wasted days, proactive follow-ups, and quick course-corrections (like re-sending a wire request form before it could get kicked back) that kept everything moving. The result: my funding closed ahead of schedule, with no surprises and no missing pieces.
