I'm newer buying anything from iron Panda again
I bought 3 small bags with magnet's for water bottle. And all 3 magnet's had fallen out of position. So it now I can't use them for it's purpose.
Only thing that is positive it how fast costume answer. But they offer me a 20% refound that's it.

Ordered my sons Christmas present back in November. Over a month later and still no merchandise. I have emailed the company back and forth regarding not receiving items. As of today I was told they are not responsible for packages once they leave their country, China.

Purchases products a month ago and still haven't recieved. The tracking still says "label created, usps awaiting package"... after reading other reviews im not expecting a response from customer service. And if i ever get my products I'm assuming sizing and matrial is going to be bad... if i don't recieved anything im reporting fraud to my bank!

First of the material is thin and after 1 wash the graphics are peeling off. They have no customer service so getting a refund or exchange is out of the question. $30 for this thin and peeling is not worth it. Great idea bad execution.

My wife odered a small sweatshirt from them. We received a 3xl. She’s emailed them 4 times with no response. This company is a scam. NEVER EVER order from them. They won’t give refunds or respond either.

It came. It looks so good, and surprisingly high quality! Totally worth the bonk and the bank. I do have concerns of them using AI so I made sure that any of the stuff that I bought was not AI generated.

I purchased $85 worth of merchandise from Iron Panda Fit on May 14, 2025. When I checked the order on 5/24, I saw that the order had been stuck in LAX since 5/21.

I reached out to customer service on the 24th, and they said they put a rush on the order and it would be delivered in 5-7 business days. I continued to email every other day since that email asking for an update. I've been told three times that the order will be delivered in 5-7 business days, I've been told new U.S. custom regulations are holding it up, and I've only been offered 10% back when I've asked for my money back.

I'm more than angry that they stole my money and refuse to give me my money back or give me a better reason as to why I can't get my order.

I researched customs regulations, and nothing has changed! They are flat out lying to me and keeping my money.

I’m reaching out to follow up on the status of my order. The tracking information has not been updated since May 31, 2025, and I’ve been unable to get any further details on its whereabouts.

I placed an order 25 May 2015, tracking information doesn’t work . I have also emailed customer support , and no response. Tried the chat for an update and no reliable response. Are there any updates you can provide—or, if the package is lost or significantly delayed, we can discuss a refund if product is not going to be received.

The worst shop i ever purchased from! I placed the order 5/15 and its 6/12 and still nothing! I even paid for shipping protection. Never got my order and Every-time i do finally get in touch with me they say wait. I said i wont wait any longer and they said ohh well. 90$ down the drain. This is a warning. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM EVER. THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM IRON PANDA!; horrific customer service, they ‘don’t accept returns’, they then try and fob you off with every email they send in reply to you, and they have zero comprehension of trade laws. I’m still trying to get a refund and have now threatened to give everything over to trading standards. Including their weird requests for pictures of me wearing the T-shirts. Bizarre at best, creepy at worst. I’ll never buy from them again. I get the impression they’re just some crappy little business trying to make a quick buck.

I ordered some previously and liked the shirts, but second order were two sizes (at least) smaller for the same style shirts. Obviously a different manufacturer but then size chart needs to be updated.
I reached out to their customer service twice and its been over a week and nothing. Obviously waiting out the no-return time line. Will never order from them again. The logo on the shirt was also no where near centered. Horribly done. Super high and tight neck and weirdly small arm cuffs. Just went down hill fast.

Sizing is way off, they run 2 sizes too big. It’s also an oddly cut material that isn’t flattering at all to wear. Trying to return huge teeshirt has proved fruitless as nobody answers emails or contact form

Ordered 2/22... as of 3/29 still no shirts. I reached out 3/18 after the original packed "failed to deliver reason: other" (spoiler.. no delivery attempt made per my cameras) They tried to get me to pay another shipping fee to resend (I refused). Then they supposedly sent me a new order. 3/28 they were "happy to inform me that my package was delivered to the designated pick up point. Please go to the pick up point as soon as possible". Umm that should be my house. The package shows its at the airport. They tell me to call their shipping carrier (also a scam you can't get ahold of). I have asked for a refund with no luck. Definitely don't recommend.

Good quality and sizes of T-shirts. High level of communication. Don't believe the bad reviews. I am a real person and totally satisfied.

Ordered 2 items and 2 weeks later the tracking number still isn’t registered with UPS. UPS says Iron Panda hasn’t given them the package. Total scam. No communication from them. What a joke.

Received my items as expected. Customer service responded in a timely manner for being located in a different country. Crop shirts are a little short so I recommend you size up if you are top heavy.

Without a doubt, good material with which the clothes are made, previously I had bought them, keep in mind something before buying they have a terrible customer service and a terrible distribution chain, I placed a new order more than a month ago, I still haven't received anything. I definitely don't recommend anyone to buy their clothes. They don't explain what happened to your order, they think that by the simple fact of saying sorry, things are solved, if you buy something it's because you need it. They don't follow up on your request, it's as if they only care about your money. I don't recommend them. Buy somewhere else.

Clever advertising but a complete scam. Do not buy off this company. Ordered 1 shirt on 12 August and it still hasn’t arrived
