Initial problem with courier delivering the wrong package sorted without fuss and eventually the right package delivered safely

Ordered on the 22nd received on the 24th. You can't get much quicker than that. Kept informed of when it would arrive with exact times, so I could plan ahead on staying in or going out. It was well packed with bubble wrap. Plus free delivery.

Five stars for excellent service and product but let down by DPD courier service. Sent me two emails that they would deliver around 16.00hrs and a third one that the parcel had been left on my porch at 16.28hrs.
Unfortunately I didn’t see these emails until 19.30hrs.
So the parcel was sitting outside in the pouring rain for 3 hours. The outside carton was ruined but the product was OK as it was packed in a watertight tub.
Why couldn’t the courier have pressed the lit up doorbell when he delivered the parcel?

Good product seems to be working

Delivered when promised by seller had to wait a few days to try product was very impressed with the results.

Excellent customer service as my order was lost by Royal Mail. Not the company’s fault and replacements despatched promptly. Not had a chance to use the granules yet but looked great value for money.

I have over 1800 sqm of lawn and purchased 10Kg of iron sulphate to kill off the moss after a very wet autumn / winter in N. Ireland. Applied the product at a rate of 320g in a 16 ltr backpack sprayer over 80 sqm ie 4g/sqm. The powder was easily dissolved in warm water and within 48 hours the moss had turned black and died. The dead moss was removed with a scarifier, the lawn over seeded and a fertiliser applied. Would highly recommend this product.
