Awesome service! Came out to inspect a blocked storm drain, super friendly team. Inspected, provided me with a report, and replaced the drain / pit all on the same day. Left the place looking tidy, provided all the reports and even replaced the down pipe for free. Top service.

Alarm bells started ringing when I had…
Alarm bells started ringing when I had booked them over a week ago to be first job in the morning, they gave 730 to 8 time slot. Didn't show. I called them and they said the plumber encountered issues with the first job of the day, I said we were supposed to be the first job of the day. We agreed a new time of 10am. They then called and said the truck had broken down and was going to be towed. I rescheduled my day and we agreed on a 1pm time. The quote was jaw dropping. We honestly thought they had inadvertently added an extra 0 on the end by mistake - nope. We paid the call out fee and parted ways. Have since had another plumber fix our simple leaking loo and there was no extra 0 on the end.

The guys were great very understaning…
The guys were great very understaning when my card decided to malfunction at the end of the job.
Both the guys were very well mannered polite, they were very clear with the process and the cost.
Didn't feel pressured and they explained everything and answered all my questions.
I was impressed how quick and great the job was done.
I have had experience with other plumbing companies, never so reliable or forthcoming as Irwin's.

Some major details overlooked .Rheems 250 ml water container now much bigger and thicker than previous container .It seems both Irwin’s and Rheems unaware of this discrepancy .Just me who thought it looked bigger on viewing .My installation tricky as upstairs .Waited for assistant to be called to get upstairs .Too big ,so had to come back down .Irwins suggested a 160 ml…Installer measured and after checking with his supervisor said that wouldn’t fit either .It seems a 125 ml only one .
Installer called Luke worked nonstop for 81/2 hrs to sort out all the problems as they occurred ..including Rheems sending a wrong valve …
Finally installed .
Total cost close to $7,000… but that also included a simple plastic toilet cistern replacement which cost just over $1,000.

High cost …which I agreed to ..if original agreement had been fulfilled
Originally given 3/5 however upgraded to 4/5 as contacted by Irwin plumbing for feedback and they have responded to constructive feedback. Would use Irwin’s plumbing in future.
