They make the process of obtaining and using ISBNs very easy. They also have other helpful features on their website that give easy access to services every author needs in their journey to publishing and marketing.

I have only purchased ISBNs from ISBNdirect. The website and the purchase process function well. Book metadata are provided clearly. However, it was hard to find out what imprint I was signing up for before paying. That information was hidden away in the FAQs, apparently.

I was stressing about not having enough for one or two ISBNs. After about a week of searching, I found ISBNdirect. So grateful!! The book is mine and they offer free resources to help with barcode, covers, etc!
