Their return policies are horrible
Their return policies are horrible, if they take a return you’re faced with a restocking fee and you have to pay postage. On many products they will not take an exchange at all. Ridiculous.

For the second year in a row I ordered…
For the second year in a row I ordered a case of furnace filters from ISC. I had such a good experience last year that I reordered and, once again, I was not disappointed. Their price is competitive, they offered a wide range of sizes, and the convenience of having the filters on hand as opposed to having to take multiple trips to the store makes running a household so easy. The company kept me apprised of the status of my order and I appreciated the quick turnaround time.

Damaged Vacuum
Ordered a supposedly brand new Karcher vacuum. The box arrived completely tattered. One of the vacuum buckle was completely broken off and sitting on the bottom of the box. When I reached out to customer service, I received little to no help to correct the problem, be reimbursed, or even exchange the product. I should have just bought this product at a slightly higher price from amazon to avoid this dilemma.
Update: company reached out 1.5 months afterwards, regarding damaged product and gave a full replacement. I did not need to send back the damaged product either.

Bad quote/sales format.
I asked for the same product as last time I ordered, was sent a different product. Was told I had to pay 20% restock and freight to return and exchange. I started the quoteing proces via internet, was emailed and told I would be contacted. The contact was made by phone and it was then my word against theirs. I would suggest keeping the sales and quotes on some digital format to avoid these type of issues. We were ultimately able to modify the product to fit our needs and avoid the exchange, but I would imagine most customers would not be able to do what we did.

I called to order a Winco WL22000VE-03/C generator. I talked with Haleigh Jablonski a sales rep on the phone, since I noticed that the web page had a picture of the WL22000VE-03/C was actually a WL22000VE-03/A. I wanted to make sure that I was getting the right generator and did not feel comfortable ordering over the internet since the pictures were wrong. She recognized that the 80 amp breaker for the generator in the picture was different than the 100 amp breaker in the WL22000VE-03/C. She had an explanation for the webpage error and proceeded to comfort me in knowing that the generator that I order was correct. She also applied available discounts that were available for the order. I can't be happier with my buying experience with ICS Sales and Haleigh Jablonski.

Received a damaged product OSHA violation
Received a damaged product and it could result in a OSAH fine for me. Was told they couldn't do anything but offer touch up paint which I'm not sure how that will cover a dent. Sucks to pay for a new machine this expensive and receive it damaged with no support. Wont purchase from here again that's for sure.

Extremely Poor Business Practice
The company I work for ordered an air conditioner. After we received the air conditioner, we received a call that they were attempting to charge the credit card for 8k and it was being declined. They also said that the product was sitting waiting to be shipped. The amount had already cleared the card in August. The company told us that it was their POLICY to lie to customers that the product would not be shipped until payment is received (we had already received the product). The 8k included over $200 in credit card fees that had not been discussed when getting the quote. They after leaving us on hold for half an hour told us that we still owed $400 in shipping fees. We will not be doing business with them again.

"Urgent" delivery is not very urgent
Do not expect to select the "Urgent" delivery and get your stuff urgently. I ordered on a Thursday and did not receive the order until the following Wednesday. They assured me that this fell within their Urgent delivery policy. It didn't ship until Monday and it was shipped via FedEx ground. They did refund the $250 that I paid for "Urgent" delivery.
