IspeedtoLead has helped my business grow. Ninety percent of the leads I get from them are real home sellers who want to sell. The other 10 percent of leads are refunded by ISTL when I find they are not legitimate sellers or already contracted, etc. Last summer, one of the leads ISTL provided resulted in a $50,000 profit for my business. It is such a blessing to not have to filter thru lots of uninterested propspects to conduct my business. ISTL saves me tons of time and makes my business money. Highly recommend them.

Despite opting out of this companies promotional material MULTIPLE times, they still continue to send me messages. Also their leads are often already contacted and OVERPRICED. GO ELSEWHERE

They sent me a lead for $213 I paid for it but tried over 10 times calling the property owner never answered when the went to his house his daughter told me he was dead over 2 years and tried to call I speed to lead again no one answered I sent 3 emails no answer this morning s a scam company I’m not recommending any real estate investor dealing with this scam company they will lose their money not worth even a try

At first I was weary. I wasn’t having much luck with leads until a friend of mine told me about iSpeed. It’s turned around my whole business. The leads were fantastic. I managed to close 4 properties all thanks to iSpeed!

Very bad quality leads. Most of the reviews here are fake - no doubt.
I had 2K on my account balance but these greedy people didn't return my deposit, which was never used on their platform.
Do not trust them. They suck. The leads suck. Customer service barely responds.

I was skeptical about buying leads from anyone, Sofia followed up with me the most and was the most human out of all the other Pay Per Lead sales folks, so she got me to buy in. I was still nervous, but then bang-bang, 2/5 first exclusive leads turned into deals, 1 is already sold and one is most likely going to be sold this week. Just bought another batch of leads!

Dear Ms. Sobchenko,

I am writing in reference to my request made in August 2024 to terminate services with ISpeed To Lead, as the services did not meet my expectations. During our communication, you assured me that a refund would be processed by your support team in a timely manner, with an expected resolution by August 23, 2024. However, this has not been the case.

Furthermore, ISpeed To Lead charged my account an additional $608, totaling $912, after my cancellation request. As a result, I have initiated a formal dispute with Discover Card regarding these unauthorized charges.

I am again formally requesting an immediate refund of $912 from ISpeed To Lead. Please note that I have cc’d Discover Card Business Resolution and Fraud Services, as your company processed additional charges after being notified of my cancellation.

I expect this matter to be resolved within 24 hours of receipt of this letter. Failure to do so will result in further escalation with Discover and the appropriate authorities.

Great leavds, reasonably priced. Most of the people were responsive when we tried to call or text. I was able to get a contract within the first week. I highly recommend them and I will be looking to buy alot more in the very near future.

So far so good. The customer support is great. I've refunded a few leads that were not interested in selling whatsoever. Their coupon club seems like a great deal, I'll be trying that next!
