I am pretty persnickety about where I choose to keep my stuff. My fiance and I had an apartment fire and we have been looking for an apartment since, yet in the interim, we needed to store our items somewhere. Right now, I'm staying in Mickleton and could have easily found a unit probably within walking distance to my location, but I passed them up either because the neighborhood looked rough, the prices were too high, or the reviews were lacking. I chose iStorage because it's Google reviews were good, the pricing was low-mid range (and anyone who knows pricing knows you don't want the cheapest cuz you get what you pay for, but you DO want competitive pricing, which this facility provides,) and the staff seemed very friendly. I seriously spent about 2 weeks finding the right place. The gentlemen who helped me sign my lease was VERY courteous, personable, professional, and helpful. I am very happy with my experience here thus far and 10/10 would recommend to anyone else.

Guy called to verify I call him back let him kno the hot line set me up with the wrong state. .called too get information transferred to Moreno Valley and he told me that he didn't know that I was a customer who paid. .Bottom line is that I didn't use the storage unit and I never received any refund. ..

It was easy to get the storage unit that we needed. The assistant manager was very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks for being a great place to work with.

I was treated well. A very pleasant welcome, informative, and answered all my questions. There was a mix-up with the call center and the manager, got on the phone to talk with the head person, and he handled the situation as it should have been handled. He took care of me, the customer. I can easily say I enjoyed myself while I was there. The conversation we had while getting things setup was pleasant. This is the way it should be with every experience even if there is a mix-up it should be handled with ease. My move has been stressful due to things out of the ordinary happening. This experience was what I needed it to be, pleasant, worry-free, and the feeling of being taken care of felt really good. That does not happen often any more. Thank you iStorage. I would come back to you in the future, if needed, and I would speak well of you to others that they might share the same experience I had.

I needed a storage locker and the rep reserved the last one for me and held it for a week until the overs arrived.....great job

I recently downsized and need a space to keep some of our "treasures" that we didn't have room for. I live in an area where all of the major storage companies have multiple facilities as well as some "Mom & Pop" facilities.
I shopped them all and iStorage offered a very competitive rate, was very clean, neat and organized and was the most accessible (24/7).
It made for an easy decision.
