received follow up calls to confirm my move in tdate. Dean was helpful and gave me a number of a person to get assistance, which happened to be the same number of person I found in Shoppee magazine. His recommendation of the same person relieved anxiety I was feeling, so it all went well. Although Dean was very busy, I noticed he did not rush any of the customers who were there and was pleasant to all, explaining the property. Overall my experience was pleasant.

We had a difficult time finding a storage unit for our vintage car close to our home, and although Istorage, is a little longer distance for us, we are glad we ended up there!! Very friendly, but professional, staff (Jessica) was most helpful. Istorage units are clean, odor free, and their entire grounds are spotless. Great security. Would highly recommend.

I want to thank Jonathan for giving exceptional service. Plus, he helped me with my online setup to make it very easy to setup on autopay. The facility is extremely clean. The area is awesome and very close to the beach. If you need anything is a 5 minute drive. Easy access and 24 hour entry. Jonathan made a hectic moving experience fantastic. Thank you.

The team at IStorage - Norfolk have been very helpful and have elevated some of the stress that comes with moving. The facility is clean and well kept. The staff is friendly, professional and all around treat to work with. I highly recommend giving them a chance to serve your needs.

Came in and with in a few questions answered I rented a 10x10 a/c unit

First you call and talk to someone in a call center and get signed up then someone calls you back from the location to finalize your spot and tells you that they didn't have any of the dollar specials left but it only had 2days left in the month. Don't think that is a good promotion.

Clean nice place, very friendly just difficult to get someone on the phone when you call.

We showed up unannounced, late on a Sunday afternoon and Darlene was incredibly helpful. We had never rented a storage unit before but I would definitely recommend this place to others.
