I have had an order pending for over a month. As the official representative in Greece, you should at least be able to provide proper updates. Every time I call, the answer is always the same: “We don’t have a delivery date” and “The supplier is not informing us.”

What exactly are you representing if you cannot communicate with your own suppliers or provide any reliable information to your customers? I’m sure once the new model is released, you will suddenly remember how to answer.

My 12th order from them. My all time favorite customer service dude Ilias as always helpful and kind .

The most unreliable service I have ever experienced. Full of lies and overpriced service fees. Don't trust them!!!!

Ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία 2.500€ και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν επιπέδου θήκης των 5€.
Από 05/10 μέχρι 18/11 καμία ουσιαστική ενημέρωση. Αναγκαστικά και απολύτως φυσιολογικά ακύρωσα μόνος μου.
Για “premium reseller”, μεταπωλητή προϊόντων Apple, η εμπειρία μου ήταν ό,τι πιο μη-premium έχω συναντήσει.
Έχασαν έναν πελάτη που αγοράζει προϊόντα Apple συστηματικά και δεν το κατάλαβαν ποτέ.
Αν θέλετε iPhone, καλύτερα από άλλον προμηθευτή ή ακόμα καλύτερα από το εξωτερικό.

ΥΓ: Μην τσιμπάτε από τον τίτλο “Apple Premium Reseller” ή “εξουσιοδοτημένο κατάστημα”.
Ακόμα και η iSquare φαίνεται ότι τους προμηθεύει τελευταίους.

19/09 – Pre-ordered an iPhone 17 Pro!

I received a message to pick up my order, but when I arrived, it wasn’t ready at all! They told me I have to wait another 2–3 weeks.

Not even an apology! I waited in the queue for 2.5 hours!

NEVER AGAIN!

Damage to computer contents
Unauthorized format of computer by technician. The computer had a faulty screen, so no backup was possible. I gave a detailed explanation of the problem, twice and in person, I was assured that the files would not be damaged and then they performed a format without notification.

23 december of 2024 ordered a case from their site till now no update no contact nothing. Several times i tried on their physical shops and they are indifferent with no interest to give you an acceptable customer service. Like "ok pay up get the product and gtfo".

If you rely on them delivering on time you are out of luck. I had an order for a laptop on 20th of December and only notified me about not being available on 4th of January.

This was a company laptop and instead of notifiying the buyer (company) they called me as the receiver with the excuse that they couldn't call a non greek number. Unacceptable from a company that markets themselves as Apple Premium Partner.
