I must say I’ve been using Aiden and the boys for quite a while now and I’ve found them nothing my but friendly and efficient and skilled will continue to use their company

It is my first time ever writing a review, but I decided I had to because of what happened.
I went in because my laptop kept going into BIOS even after I temporarily fixed it. I asked if it could be done on the same day, and they said no worries. I asked what the max price would be, and they said 100 (they even said it would probably be lower). I come back to check after an hour to find out I'm being charged 150? When I asked why I was being charged so much, I was told the manager said to add an extra 50 because I wanted same-day service. It's absolutely ridiculous to throw numbers out like that when they don't have a price list!!! The manager didn't even want to talk to me when I demanded explanations. The technician was, however, friendly and understanding, but he also did more than I asked. He said he also removed some programmes and unused apps, but the problem I had was strictly hardware. It is not acceptable to run a business like this and to scam people out of their money when they need help. Will never step foot again, and neither should you.

Very impressive service. Brought in 2 laptops, 1 for a battery replacement and another to be repaired. Both fixed by the next day. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very good price. Would definitely recommend to others.

Extremely Disappointed - Terrible Service!

I had a very frustrating experience with this IT shop. I was in a rush, and they told me they could fix my laptop in an hour for 150euro, which sounded great. But when I returned after an hour, they informed me that they didn't have the proper screen and I would have to come back in the next day or two.

This was incredibly frustrating, especially when it was the agreement he could get it done that day in an hour. Other shops on the same street had the screen in stock and could fix it that same day for the same price as IT repairs. Instead of working with me, they flat-out refused to refund my 45euro deposit and give me back my laptop so i could go elsewhere, even though our agreement had been broken.

To make matters worse because I was desperate to get my laptop back and fixed that day, we agreed if I go buy the laptop screen he would take it off my the total cost. After coming back with the screen, they told me that the price would go up another 40euro!

When I tried to stand up for myself and explain that they were the people responsible for not checking if they had the screen and that I had to be the one to walk back and forth to shops very stressed and upset trying to get my laptop back that day, he took it off me and refused to give it back until i pay him more money than all of our original agreements. I regret that I did but I was so upset and just took it as a lesson.

They completely wasted my time and didn't follow through on their commitments. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. Terrible service, unprofessional, and I believe if i wasnt a young female student on my own I would of been treated better.

Had an issue with my HP laptop not turning on after I tripped on the charging cable whilst it was plugged in, damaging the DC charging port. Sent it to ITrepairs.ie for repair. They did an excellent job for a reasonable amount of money and sent it back registered post. I am really happy with their service

I left an IPad Pro in for a battery replacement, which resulted in my having to make 3 additional 50km round trips before it was resolved.
By the 2nd day the battery had been replaced ok, but many of the peripherals (volume, light and camera) were not working as well as screen rotation

The 3rd trip saw the screen rotation issue resolved, but the other issues unresolved, which resulted in yet another journey to collect.
On each occasion I was given an estimated time to come back, which was never held to, meaning I was hanging around Cork for many hours for no result.

Although now resolved, this has taken me 4 x 50km journeys, over €30 in parking and 9 hours lost time for this repair.
It’s now claimed to be my fault as I did not give them the password, but it was never insisted on and data security concerns mean that you don’t give out passwords.

Be very careful before you give anything to IT repairs and make sure you have lots of time and money to waste before doing so.
