Our aim at It's Okay is to raise awareness of mental health as well as reaffirming that It's Okay... 2be you! Our ethos has been born out of personal mental health issues and a desire to push boundaries and provoke conversations. The overall aim is to get people talking about their struggles via our designs. Whether is anxiety, depression, loneliness, abuse, whatever, we want you to know that you're not alone in this crazy, cruel world that we all find ourselves in. Each month we aim to bring you a new design to the store to address a different aspect to the vast subject and make nothing taboo. So lets get talking and ultimately BE YOU. We also try where we can to offer you clothing made from sustainable materials, each item describes what brand is used as part of its creation. We will also be giving 50p from every purchase to provide support to a different charity each month which will help to carry on their legacy.

OMG I blooming LOVE my t-shirt! It’s so soft and comfy and it’s washed up great. I roll the sleeves up to make them a little tighter and I like that that’s an option.
The best thing is the whole ethos and message - whoever you are or whatever you’re going through - it’s okay. And it really is - that’s such an important message. Thank you for my t - will be buying more each pay day! ;) xx
