Avoid this company used every excuse and lies to avoid fixing our washing machine after 2 months gave us our money back , pathetic would be a polite word I for them.

Total con artists, scamming my 85 year old mum into 3 different service contracts she doesn't need, over £600!! Thanks to the reviews on here and 'glassdoor.co.uk' I have now reported to CAB and Trading Standards for cold calling vulnerable people. Scum of the earth. AVOID.

I have been with ITSOk LtD for 4 years now and it is the best company ever compared to the others that took ages for an engineer to come out, these guys were at my house in Sheffield within 6 hours of calling them on a Saturday!! My agent that helped me was Christian, what a great chap very happy and helpful 10/10 best company going and no hidden payments

Anyone with elderly relatives, please let them know to beware of this company. A 'Robert Smart' called my 94 yr old Father today to inform him that the cover on his washing machine had expired, they managed to dupe him into paying £231 to cover his washing machine, but also asked him for his pin number. Fortunately I have cancelled the card and are currently on hold to the fraud dept at the bank to stop the transaction. I will be reporting this to the Police as I am sure they will be cloning cards. ABSOLUTE SCUM OF THE EARTH.

Refused to repair my washer dryer as the service plan said Washing Machine. Yet I gave them the model number. Not my fault you cannot understand English when I said Washer Dryer to the call handler.
Complaint in... Via email and letter and no replies.

Repair and replacement process was very easy, rather chuffed with them.

Awful company. washing machine was deemed a write off, was told I could get new one from them at a cost of £169, didnt have it at the time so was told I had 6 months to decide. Rang up 6 weeks later to pay and the price had jumped to £279. Was told two different excuses from two diferent people. Cancelled all policys and wont ever use again. Paid over £400 in policys over the years and the first time we use them and they do this. Total scam.

I've been with this company for 3 years and WOW is all I can say. Everything they do is with perfection, they were quick to sort out a few queries I had and it's nice to know that the people you trust to look after your appliances care and always go above and beyond. I prefer them as their a small firm and you are familiar with everybody that you deal with.

My Rangmaster cooker grill plate needed replacing together with an oven door seal. So range to arrange for an engineer in a June 2020 , they gave me the number to ring Rangemaster ( which I had done before with another insurance company) who I tried to call. Unfortunately this company claimed that had the parts but not an engineer in our area (East Sussex) So I left it with its o.k to find alternative engineers .Whilst this took nearly 3 months and two visits to access and then order the parts to complete the work , I was kept informed by Andy Hall who was polite , helpful and reassuring from start to finish. 🤩

was very efficient dealing with my broken microwave oven - from reporting the repair to the engineer coming out it was only a days wait.

Ben from the customer service team could not be more helpful. My 6-year-old washing machine broke down a few weeks ago and luckily my husband reminded me we had taken out a 3-year cover with itsok. I rang them and Ben advised me to send a copy of my original purchase receipt over email which was so simple to do. Within a couple of hours, he rang me back with a date for the engineer visit. The engineer came out and fixed my machine there and then. I am over the moon with this process and have recommended to all my friends and family.

This company is a scam, they make out you have cover with them already when thats a lie. I spoke to a man called Les who told me my washing machine was out of cover , when i asked him what make was it he couldnt even tell me . stay away from these scammers......

Total SCAM, preying on the elderly. Cold called my elderly 85 year old father in law and made him insure appliances he already had cover for. Paid £150.00 from his bank account plus £14.00 monthly D.D. Disgusted, should be investigated and STOPPED.

Excellent. My tumble dryer went on me during COVID. The customer service team were efficient and organised an engineer to come the following day.

Thanks to the Hotpoint engineer and very large part organised by It's OK Ltd, our 7 year old washer dryer is now working fine again at no additional cost to ourselves. The disappointment was that the process to organise this flagged an error in how the cover was set up, which could have cost us an extra £68 until It's OK kindly agreed to wave that cost. Based on our experience, I thus recommend you both check your cover paperwork and retain a copy of your original purchase receipt of the item as proof of ownership.

Cold called my elderly mother today, advising her to insure her brand new washing machine, they already had her card details and asked for her security code to place the cover, which they then took £194 out of her account! The washing machine was purchased from Argos, as we found out today this is totally illegal to pass card/payment details on to any other parties. You have to question how they obtain this information?

total scam. like a fool I took out 3 years cover on my washing machine.having read the reviews decided to cancel within the cool of period.was told it would take 28 days for a refund.chased them after 28 days and told that they had sent a refund by cheque which never arrived.I would advice people not to touch this firm at all as they are just complete scammers.

Quite simply they prey on the vulnerable to charge them for a washing machine service plan that they claim is what you had when you purchased the machine. You certainly didn't have ANYTHING with this company when you purchased your machine I can assure you, yet they will sell it to you as if you did but won't say it explicitly to cover themselves. They will try to tell you that you need it to keep it covered and that your service plan has run out without knowing if you have taken out extra insurance or not. They do not know your circumstances they are hoping to catch someone out and that's where they make their dirty money. The biggest set of lies ever. They are fishing and waiting for somebody confused to say yes and then they will take £194 from your account to cover you for three years. Do NOT.
The management is non existent and frankly fraudulent. They treat their staff like they are fools- but they themselves are the biggest fools. DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS 'COMPANY' .

Called about my washing machine needing repaired and first repair broke right away then it took another 6 days and i woul'ndt recommend them at all. If there was an option to give no stars at all i would do that and they are not true to their words 48 hrs repair but took 4 weeks for someone to come out and didn't do the job properly.

The company is not very good

So what if they cold call!! How else can they be expected to get customers and business?! I took out a 3 year policy on 3 different items last year and have claimed twice on my washing machine and once on the cooker, every time an engineer was round within 24 hours to have a look at the machines and fix the problem. Hands down one of the best insurance companies I've dealt with and yet to have a bad thing to say about them.
