I just join prime create account and go for Wholesale service till now going good.

Worst experience ever. My experience with Prime E-Commerce Solutions in managing my Amazon account has been extremely disappointing. I have lost my products, money, time, and trust in the process.

One major issue is that they did not clearly explain that their low service charges only applied for the initial months. Later, additional costs became apparent, which was never properly communicated at the start.

Another serious concern was their product handling. Whenever they said that ordered products were taking longer than expected, I was encouraged to switch to products already available in their warehouse. Unfortunately, those products appeared questionable, and as a result, my Amazon store was deactivated 3–4 times within just six months.

I started with them six months ago and barely made any income. I remained patient, trusted their process, and gave them time to improve the situation, but I was never fully informed about how poorly everything was being managed.

This has been one of the worst business decisions I have ever made. I also know another client of the same company who faced similar issues. Both of us were assigned the same manager, Abdul, who was handling our stores from their Pakistan office.

I am sharing this because they have now stopped responding to my calls and messages. They are providing no meaningful support in recovering my account, not properly following up with suppliers for documentation, and not assisting with the appeal process.

As a result, I have lost around £2,600, and my family is now facing financial hardship because of this situation.

I strongly urge others to be cautious before trusting this company with their business.

Avoid them 100% sure guys they are scammers they take money and don't work I don't know how they get some positive reviews I think it's a paid review If you guys don't believe me then deal with them and see how their service

I worked with this team for 7 months to support my Amazon account. Here's my honest review:

Positive:
- They were helpful during the first month, particularly in assisting with ungating products. Their communication was warm and responsive early on.

Negative:
- They added an undisclosed markup to supplier prices, which significantly affected profit margins. So I stopped buying from them.

- The majority of the products they suggested have not sold in over 6 months. It shows a lack of market understanding or concern for client success.

- Despite paying for account monitoring, they failed to manage my Amazon account, even after multiple reminders. This resulted in a loss of £332.

- I used their prep center service, where they promised to ship within 3 days, but they shipped after one month.

- Employees are unreliable and dishonest. They vanish when there’s an issue and only show up when they want to push a sale.

- I paid £411 for a product 4 months ago, which was neither delivered nor refunded. Repeated follow-ups have been ignored, and finally, I was repaid after 5 months.

I do not recommend this service based on my experience.

Do not sign up to this company they have no idea what they are doing.
When things goes wrong they always have an excuse I've been waiting 3 weeks for a refund first I was told 5 -7 working days once 7 days past they said there is an issue with the bank wait another 5-7 days they don't reply to calls or texts they are a scam they even asked me for review when I first started working with them I said why I haven't seen any results they wanted me to spend more money I'm at a loss avoid avoid avoid

I work on a daily basis with this company and they are fantastic especially sheraz and Salman. They are very competent and always on the ball. I think management could be more responsive but as a whole great service and great package they offer. Would really recommend them to anyone trying to start e-commerce business.
