Repeated Deposit Not Credited – Serious Concern (Proof Available)

Repeated “Deposit Not Received” – Extremely Concerning Experience
I rarely write reviews, but this needs to be said clearly for other traders.
My experience with IUX has been deeply concerning, especially regarding deposit handling.
I made a deposit that was successfully debited from my bank account. I provided UTR, screenshots, and full proof — yet I was repeatedly told that the funds were “not received”.
This is not a one-time issue.
This has happened to me multiple times. Every single time, the same pattern:
Money gets debited
Broker denies receipt
Multiple follow-ups required
Suddenly, after pressure — funds get credited
This raises a serious question:
How does a “missing” deposit appear later only after repeated follow-ups?
This is not just a delay — this reflects a serious flaw (or lack of transparency) in their internal system.
For a financial platform handling real money, this is unacceptable.
As a trader, you are left in uncertainty:
Your money is gone from your bank
Not visible in your trading account
No clear timeline
No accountability
Imagine this happening during an active trading opportunity.
The biggest concern is consistency — this is a recurring issue, not an isolated incident.
I have full documentation including transaction IDs and proof of payments.
I strongly advise traders: Do NOT assume deposits will be smooth or instant. Be prepared for delays and follow-ups.
Until this issue is properly addressed, I cannot consider this platform reliable for handling funds

Deposit issue and chart glitch

Waste time to trade it has glitch and deposit and withdrawal issue you make local payment methods to deposit brocker and its team don't co operative with clients if you all details about payments after also does not escalate the payment even also done by screen recorde of payment data and share the bank statement they will not respond only it will refund you think P2P transaction it refund no think twice to choose the IUX TEAM

10k INR funds lost and no support from IUX

People please be cautious and know one of my experience with this broker account

Tranfer mode:UPI payment via googlepay
Tranfer amount:Rs.10000INR

IUX team keeping claiming amount not deposited to their account and to check with my banking partner. I already requested my bank and they confirmed the said amount transfer and credited into that UPI account Successful. I keep requesting IUX to share statement of UPI account or provide some evidence to further check with my bank. They do not respond which seems their team scammed and taken my funds and I lost my hope that I will not anymore get support from this broker IUX team and retrieve my amount. So this experience will be useful for many user to stay cautious from this broker when decide to do work with this broker account

SCAM BROKER

I deposited $20.75 (₹1900 INR) on 15 December 2025 at 10:23. The payment was completed successfully. Despite this, the amount is still not credited and remains pending.

I have provided ALL screenshots and complete proof of payment clearly showing a successful transaction. Even after submitting every required document, the broker continues to claim they have not received the money.

My bank and payment providers have already confirmed that the transaction was successful from their end, which means the issue is entirely on the broker’s side. Instead of resolving it, they are denying receipt and pushing responsibility away.

This behavior is unacceptable for any broker. Holding client funds, ignoring proof, and refusing to credit or refund the money is a serious red flag. Because of this, I suffered financial inconvenience and missed trading opportunities.

⚠️ Warning to traders: If a deposit issue happens, even with full proof, do not expect accountability or timely resolution.

If my full amount is credited or refunded, I am willing to update or change this review accordingly. Until then, this experience reflects extremely poor service and raises serious trust concerns.

It's very bad application in this industry when i try to diposit funds through UPI funds debit in my bank account but not received in my treading account its more than 4 time also i have payment receipt utr no etc.but it can't help me don't open account on this broker

Delayed withdrawal!

I have repeatedly requested the release of my withdrawal, yet it has been three days with no action taken. My funds are still being withheld. This is extremely concerning—beware of this broker. They show no empathy or respect for their clients. Prop firms process payouts in under 24 hours, but this broker can’t even release my own money. This has been my worst experience with any broker.

finaly recived my deposit

I initially faced an issue where my deposit was not credited to my trading account even though the UPI payment was successful. This caused concern and required multiple follow-ups.

However, after providing the required details and deposit proof, the support team verified the transaction and the deposit has now been successfully credited to my trading account.

special thanks to my key account manager Hasib Shaikh he help me for solve the problem really good man.

I appreciate the resolution of the issue. I would suggest faster communication and quicker handling of deposit-related matters to improve the overall client experience.

i hope they give withdrawal i am going to make $1M
in 11 month lets see what happen

Broker closed my orders by themselves…

Broker closed my orders by themselves with the lowest price which is not the trading price on that day. No explanation why it was happening and made me loss a lot. No good support team.
