I have used iWeb for a long time and never really needed to speak to their customer service. When I did today they were responsive, knowledgeable and helpful - much better than I expected from such a low cost provider.

I have been working with IWeb since early 2015 and can honestly say I've had a very positive experience with them being the supplier of our website.

We hired IWeb to build a new website for the company after our old website was nearing its 7th anniversary, it was not mobile compatible and our requirements had somewhat advanced.

Our brief was at first simple but as the project developed it was obvious we required a lot more integration with our accounting software than initially thought out. The ecommerce platform was integrated to our requirements and the front end reflected exactly what we wanted moving forward. As an employee in the Marketing department I have no web technical knowledge, however IWeb worked in a way that ensured that when technical terms were used, this was always translated and clarified through our account manager, Chloe. I always felt secure that the solutions IWeb put forward were the best way forward and it was explained to me in a way I could understand, with me not having a technical background of websites.

Going forward, we are continuing to work with IWeb to constantly develop and improve our website and I can honestly say that the maintenance agreement we have in place is not only a great piece of mind but a reassurance that we can continue to meet the demands of our business.

Overall, friendly and efficient team who I feel I can trust. I would highly recommend working with the team at IWeb.

I have been using iweb for around the last 13-14 years for all my design, hosting and e-commerce website needs and they have never let me down. Having just revamped our main website it looks absolutely fantastic and stands out head and shoulders in a very saturated marketplace. I have had other quotes from web designers and iweb have always remained competitive however the real value for me is in the finished product which for me is second to none. 100% rating without a shadow of doubt.

Iweb have delivered a superb website for us with bright pearl integration. Great to work with - good listeners and happy to take onboard ideas and work in partnership. The best experience I have had to date in web development and the digital space.

iWeb have fantastic experience in developing websites for companies in different sectors. Their process from beginning to end was simple, proactive and friendly. They understood our business and applied this to the design of our new website.

Throughout the experience of creating our website, Iweb have been very professional. Due to the complexity of our products it threw many obstacles in their way and all were dealt with in a sensible period of time and all were overcome. We are days away from going on-line and already planning 'phase 2' with them to improve on our initial plans for the site.

iWeb provided a tailored solution for our ecommerce website, and their customer service has always been fast and reliable. They also helped us figure out the best way to develop our SEO with a great-looking blog. I highly recommend this company if you need to build a solid ecommerce site.

iWeb - a superb team of designers and developers, who are very easy to work with. Excellent creativity that produced stunning yet simple designs and images for my website. Plus they gave me valuable e-commerce know-how that helped to stream-line my own business processes, it is like having a business partner. iWeb offer so much more than just a commerce website!

iWeb were able to provide us with the perfect solution. They listened to all our needs and requests and managed to get us a fantastic working solution within a very realistic budget.

I've worked with iWeb since 1999 and would not hesitate to recommend to any organisation requiring 5 star quality web services. iWeb combine cutting edge graphic design services with a strong in-house technical programming and hosting team. This combination is the key to delivery of great looking but highly functional web interfaces.

I have been working with IWeb for 3 years. I have other websites with other hosts/platforms, and initially found the Magento platform daunting to say the least. Working with IWeb has meant that not only my website is future proof and professional, but support is given quickly and reliably. Also their transparent pricing makes a refreshing change in this industry.

We have been working with iweb for over 10 years, and over the time built up a good working relationship with the team, seeing our website not only grow in size but also in functionality on every version we build.

I feel iweb have a good understanding on the processes envolved in running our business and have offerered help and advice on how technology can speed things up and increase productivity for us.

If you want a company who you can rely on, and have the team to deliver in all aspects of development I would say iweb are more than capable.

We have been working with iWeb for over 5 years and they remain one of our most important partners. During our time with them our website has gone through many changes and we have always found the standard of their work to be of the highest quality.

In addition our contacts at iWeb are always proactive, keeping us up to date with the latest developments and technologies in the world of Ecommerce, web design and SEO ensuring that we are always ahead of the curve.

A brilliant company to deal with, I would highly recommend them.

I have been dealing with iWeb since 2004 for our very first company website project and cannot recommend them highly enough. An extremely friendly team who maintain a very professional approach to all of the projects that we have worked with them on. They are UK based so are extremely approachable and willing to sit down face to face to discuss every aspect of a given project (this was a major factor in my decision to select iWeb and continue to use them as our web development partner).

After several bad experiences with web developers, it was a HUGE relief to find iWeb and have their team take care of our company website, from inception to completion. They are genuine, helpful, reliable, great problem solvers and infinitely patient.Highly recommended!

We have used iWeb over the years on various projects and have always found them to be professional, creative and very easy to deal with. iWeb have delivered all of our projects on time and have always been very easy to contact should we need any changes or have any questions. We have found every member of the iWeb team to be incredibly helpful both technically and creatively… Look no further for all of your online needs.

Straight-talking, helpful, very human techies who know their stuff and build good websites. I would definitley recommend them (and often have).

iWeb have been our trusted Magento partner since we launched our shop colourandpaint.com last year (2013). They have helped us get to grip with Magento fast and provided us with expert advice and help as well as super reliable hosting on their secure server. If you need the same them give them a try - they get my vote.

I have had numerous websites built of varying technical complexity (and been involved with companies who used other web design businesses). iWeb are consistently better than many of their peer companies in terms of quality and delivery. The largest project I did with them was pioneering back in 2007 which was an online competition to upload music tracks for unknown artists and then get votes - basically X-Factor online before X-Factor existed. The site they built was fully functional and glitch free for new users and worked well throughout its life. My only criticism is they don't have a cheap enough hosting package for v simple sites which are effectively dormant or passive in nature and there was no flexibility here. That said, if all you want is a site designed and then hosted for £4.99 a month, just get iWeb to design it and transfer to a 'supermarket' type hosting package.

iWeb are not the quick easy cheap web company that is easy to find but rather a reliable web development firm capable of the most involved projects, Good to work with, always get back to you and realistic about deadlines.
