A flawless experience from start to finish!

My perfect plan was derailed by a difficult vendor, and Kosta leapt into action to offer cost-effective solutions. His guys were on time, fast, strong, helpful, and reliable. They made a stressful move a lot less stressful.

Their van broke down so there was a four hour delay for our move, for a job that was only scheduled to take ~4hrs originally. I'm very glad that they still managed to move us on the day - I believe they were otherwise fully booked, and didn't have a way to source a back-up van at short notice, so I think they squeezed us in as an extra job in for one of the moving teams.

However they were extremely resistant to giving any compensation for the delay. I eventually managed to get 5% off (£20). The low rating is because I think more compensation should have been offered (had to change a bunch of our plans, buy new train tickets, didn't have any time to unpack that night as the movers finished 10pm...moving is stressful enough as it is).

The movers themselves were very good and the communication was overall prompt and helpful - if not for the van breaking down and the low level of compensation, it would have been a good experience.

Izzy Removals made my move incredibly easy. Kosta and his team were professional, reliable, and reassuring throughout the entire process. He kept telling me not to stress and that everything would be fine—and he was absolutely right.

As someone with limited mobility, I was worried about moving, but the team took care of everything and made sure I never had to worry. A special thank you to Rado, a fabulous carpenter, and to his colleague, who was not only hardworking and professional but also a professional dancer and dance coach.

I highly recommend Izzy Removals. They are capable of handling much more than just removals, their prices are reasonable, and there were no hidden charges. Just be clear about what you need and agree the total cost beforehand.

Don’t be put off by negative reviews. My experience was excellent, and I am very grateful to Kosta and his team for making a stressful move smooth and manageable!

Every gentleman I spoke with was kind and pleasant to speak with. They charged a fair rate for their time and were transparent; they didn't try to get me with any unnecessary fees. I didn't have much to move, but they were in and out quickly and handled all of the boxes with care. I would use them again in the future!

Very quick and helpful service - they went out of their way to fix something that we had broken ourselves, and lifted an entire flat’s worth of stuff down and up 4 flights of stairs during a heatwave. We cannot recommend this company and their staff enough!

Outstanding removals service from start to finish! The team arrived on time, handled everything with great care, and made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. They were professional, friendly, and very efficient throughout the day. All of my belongings arrived safely and in perfect condition. I packed my 55” TV properly, in its original packaging, with polythene foam and added extra bubble wrap to keep it safe. They still managed to break my screen and refuse to even apologise for it. The reply was: “ I have spoken directly with Nick and the rest of the crew to thoroughly investigate how your belongings were handled during the move“ - but I was personally with them the whole time and saw that the tv box was never moved by the handles, and always moved around by one person, who clearly damaged.
It was not a new tv, so not worth a fight, but the lack of accountability and simple customer service was appalling, stay away from this company!!! 😡😡😡

George and his co-worker were an absolute dream. They were incredibly careful with my things, packed everything quickly and in a really organised way, and then moved everything into my new flat remarkably fast.

I’ve moved homes in London a few times now, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had with a removals company. The pricing also felt very reasonable for the quality of the service.

The next time I move, I’ll use Izzy Removals again without a shadow of a doubt.

Service was carried out at a sufficient speed, but they damaged my bed in transit. When I contacted the owner to rectify the issue, they dismissed me and did not offer any meaningful compensation for the damage caused.

Watch out for there prices! Asked for a quote which they overcharged me on and when I kindly declined and decided not to not go ahead with the quote, I was spoke to in a demeaning and rude way "sorry you cant afford it". Overcharging and disrespectful about it.

Fantastic experience with Izzy Removals, a small family run business. They booked me in last minute, gave me the lowest rate, and the guys who came were friendly and helpful even though they were clearly very tired, having fit me in at the end of a long day. Thank you!
