Bought your product last year. This was the First time using your product and it didn’t work. Read the instructions waited over a few hours. Wasted over $200 for garbage. Your company automatically put through a second shipment without notifying me. I will be telling everyone on social media about my experience with your product. Letting them know to stick with viagra

I get what I need on my prescription, you sent me everything in time, and you make the right changes to my orders according to my requests, in other words things have been worked out smoothly without any troubles.

They have great promotions and specials, which make being on E.D. Med affordable for my very tight budget.

I would have given a 4-star rating however it is thanks to the satisfactory resolution of two separate screw-ups by Jack that I have to give them back their 5th star. The first screw-up followed a change of address that was acknowledged by Jack weeks prior to shipping but despite this the order was sent to my old address. The second was a year later when I received a shipment with no medication inside. No evidence of tampering was found during their investigation. In a related telephone call I told the pharmacy it was my second claim related to a shipping error and that I hoped my honesty was not now in doubt. The senior pharmacy manager (Hanna, I recall) investigating was so reassuring, telling me I was by then a long-time (2 years) loyal customer and there was absolutely no doubt in their minds about my motives. Receiving such a testimonial was a relief and it changed how I viewed the company, which had been that it was entirely automated and run by error-prone bots. Maybe it is, I can’t say, but as a customer it had been frustrating on both occasions to find myself in what appeared to be a loop with Customer Service, in which I received prompt, respectful replies but no referral upwards and therefore no evident progress towards resolution. I felt as though I were in a game where they were waiting me out until I gave up.But this was not the case. Errors can occur but they made good on their service commitment, and I am happy with their product and service.

Le politique de remboursement, c’est aucun remboursement et ils débitent votre carte automatiquement ! Leur politique est difficile à trouver sur le site ! J’avais eu un service correct et j’ai acheté de bon produit chez eux mais ils m’ont facturé pour un traitement que je n’ai jamais eu, j’ai dû trouver avec difficulté quelqu’un pour faire mes prises de sang et comme tout était correct, j’ai demandé l’annulatuon de ma commande et un remboursement. Je ne recommande pas de faire affaires avec eux allez en clinique privé. EDIT: Leur réponse prouve à elle seule leur organisation, il parle de non dossier client sur truspilot, bravo 👏! Vous allez probablement fermer dans quelques années et tant mieux !
