Jacketcraze
Hi I would avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a jacket in July and have never received it. When I have contacted them they say it was dispatched. In Subsequent contacts they keep apologising and say then same until the most recent when they say that the jacket is now not on its way and that they had a payment processing problem at their end and if u want to contact my bank to reclaim the payment they would support it. Weird to say the least I wait to see how the reclaim will go. But I wouldn’t trust them!
Thanks for the reply. You have all my details inc email and credit card etc if you want to resolve

Hi,
We’re very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused with your order. We understand why the repeated updates have been disappointing.
There was an issue with the payment processing on our side that affected the dispatch of your order, and we sincerely apologize that this was not communicated clearly from the beginning. We have no intention of holding a customer’s payment without providing the ordered product.
Please contact us at support@jacketcraze.com with your order number so we can review the payment and order status and arrange the appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your patience and sincerely apologize for the experience.
