Jackson’s have been our letting agents for nearly a decade. In that time we have been particularly fortunate to have always been able to rely on Anna Tonial for help organising property maintenance and refurbishment. Anna is knowledgeable, efficient , understands both the landlord’s and tenant’s needs, and how to make things work for all. We have come to totally trust her judgement and her efficiency. As a small landlord living away from London she has been invaluable as a relied upon agent. She has once again been exemplary in preparing for a redecoration and minor refurbishment. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
This agency is nothing short of a disgrace. From the moment you engage with Jacksons, it becomes painfully clear that they care about one thing and one thing only: commission. They will mislead, pressure, and manipulate you at every opportunity to squeeze more money out of you—ethics and transparency are completely absent from their playbook.

Even under force majeure circumstances, where any decent agency would show some flexibility or understanding, Jacksons remained cold, ruthless, and greedy. They refused to show an ounce of compassion or professional courtesy—just more invoices, more fees, more excuses.

As a first-time landlord, I was hoping for some guidance and support, but instead I was met with incompetence and negligence at every turn. Their communication was inconsistent, dismissive, and often outright wrong. I had to correct their mistakes multiple times—everything from messed-up tenancy agreements to inaccurate property listings.

Jacksons are not just unhelpful—they are actively harmful. Their unprofessionalism is staggering, and they operate with a blatant disregard for your time, money, and trust. If you’re considering working with them—don’t. You’ll regret every moment.

While I believe the team at JoR may mean well, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and apparent staff burnout made an already stressful process significantly worse. I wouldn’t recommend them.

My experience was frustrating from start to finish. It took an unusually long time just to receive the memorandum of sale, followed by 6 weeks of complete silence — no updates to me or my solicitors. It was only after I chased them that my case seemed to resurface, and it turned out the buyers, who had claimed to be cash buyers, actually needed a mortgage (again, 6 weeks later). I wish this was caught earlier in the process.

Things briefly looked promising again, but then I discovered the buyer had pulled out five days earlier and JoR hadn’t informed me. The explanation? One staff member had left and forwarded the message to another who was on leave, so it was missed. I was even told I could “go elsewhere because Andre was busy and tired” — so I did.

Enrico has been beyond helpful trying to sort an on-going issue for the last 6 months. He's always chasing the relevant parties, giving me updates and keeping in touch via email and phone about what's going on in order to come to a resolution.

Jackson’s have been looking after our property for 6 years now and we wouldn’t use anyone else. Kimberley, in particular, has been an absolute star and has made even the most inconvenient issues a breeze with her shrewd initiative and considered, timely responses.

The team, especially Enrico who has been my main contact, have been prompt, professional and attentive when dealing with any queries or issues I have had since letting with them.

Great service from Shernitta who manages our property from the Balham office. Always very responsive and quick to raise any issue to us from the tenants so they get addressed before they escalate.
