It was very difficult to get someone to respond to my initial enquiries about the car. I then had some issue with sorting delivery, but we got there in the end. All communication was polite and respectful

Be aware do not buy from this Garage purchased a car it must’ve broke down on way. It turned up at 9:30 at night on a trailer oil everywhere it went to a garage from there it failed an MOT two tyres sthey tried to make out that it had been serviced when it hadn’t and they were gonna pay for it then no contact no response. Been going on for two months. I’ve had to spend four grand on the car so far and only had it end off August they will not answer u . there’s plenty of reviews that tell you this be aware do not buy As if the car got faults they will not help from point off drop off they had two weeks to prep car told me it would be serviced an a 125 point inspection that was a lie also

I bought a Jaguar iPace and had it delivered. The process was very quick and painless. When I recieved my Jaguar I notice a charging cable was missing. This was sorted promptly and without fuss. Hollie was excellent, first rate customer service throughout the whole process.

I was disappointed with my experience. Communication was poor — it often felt like talking to a brick wall, and I rarely received detailed responses. I had to chase them up multiple times to get updates. On top of that, one of my alloys was bent, and they didn’t inform me about it. Overall, the service was frustrating and not very transparent.

All questions were answered quickly any time of day.

Great experience extremely pleased with our car

Once I got in touch they were easy to communicate with and very helpful. Downsides where that when I went to test drive the car it wasn’t ready, to he point that even the battery was flat. Again though once I paid my deposit everything was sorted swiftly and I had the car with in a week.

The experience dealing with Jag land was excellent service and dealing with the sales people was straight forward and honest.

All staff very friendly and helpful, had a bit of difficulty with the finance company i was using to buy the car and jagland were very helpful in helping me get my car and taking care of things that led to me taking away the car that day!, professional, friendly, polite what more would you want will definitely be seeing what they have when it’s time for a trade in 10/10 service.

The experience was very professional throughout. I only bought a 2016 Range Rover Evoque but felt like it was truly a new car purchase experience. Staff were helpful and not pushy in anyway and highly recommend using them. I will definitely use them in the future when I get my next car as they are experienced with prestige car sales and maintenance and I feel confident they will do the job well.

Car pick up easy, only issue was electric car had very little charge which was inconvenient

The company themselves are good. However I think they need to look at the delivery company. It took 4 attempts to get the vehicle delivered, all plausible reasons. On the fourth time the vehicle was delivered but it was driven here, 2 hours away, not delivered on a truck. That left the petrol tank on empty, which i had asked them not to do as I live six miles from the nearest petrol station. Other than that no other issues.
