My experience was excellent, best place for career guidance. A systematic and scientific approach to career guidance. The psychometric test analysis along with interview is too good, I recommend this for everyone.

I got to meet Akshay sir last year during a webinar. I was very much inspired from him and liked a few things about him. First thing which stands out is his listening ability - he really understands the student at both professional and personal level. He has coached my daughter and he made her very comfortable before staring the real counselling sessions. This aspect is critical otherwise the student does not express their innermost aspirations or fear they have.

I found Akshay's process to be structured but at the same time - he caters to the needs of the student as well and adapts his process accordingly. Using the psychometric test and personal interview - he understands the interests and ability of the student and that in turn also helps the student to start grasping which area he or she really likes and starts having clarity as to what to pursue.

Post that, several personal sessions( few with parents included ) were done with some homework for the student finally resulting in clarity of the direction student wants to pursue. Akshay is always approachable and available even on weekends at odd times. Also Akshay helps the student to start building personal traits as well like how to stay focused and motivated, what are the areas the student can start building on.

I find Akshay to be very professional, polite, friendly intent driven and overall I was very happy to have him help my daughter in going with science stream after 10th with lot of clarity and confidence. My daughter was not sure what to do after her 10th before meeting with Akshay.

Anyone looking for a very intentful and passionate career counsellor and coach, would definitely recommend to have a conversation with Akshay and see if magic can be done.

Career planning is an ongoing process at any phase of one's life. I am really impressed by SOA framework given by Akshay and trying to implement in my own career. He is more practical in his approach . He always discusses and starts with Why followed by what and then How , which is essential for any career decision.
