Great prompt dispatch, delivery so my plant arrived intact and looking healthy after a long trip.

Extremely easy to deal with and kept me updated. Lovely healthy plants and great quality delivered next day with care by DPD which is actually my preferred courier.

I've received a total of 11 fruit bushes, plus some sundries, in two orders and everything has arrived in excellent condition and good time. Plus the Planting and Care guide they send is very helpful.

I bought two fruit trees in 3-litre pots and they arrived today. I’m very impressed with the packaging — everything was well protected and arrived in perfect condition. Delivery was handled by DPD, and they clearly treated the parcel with care.

Ordering through the website was straightforward and easy to use. I didn’t need to contact customer services, but the process gives the impression that if I had, it would have been simple to get a response and resolve any issues based on other customer feedback.

The trees themselves look healthy and strong, and I’m very happy with them overall.

I’ll definitely be ordering again in future when more varieties come back in stock at the right time of year, as I’ve got a few others I’d like to add.
