Two more great blueberry plants from James McIntyre &sons I've had a lot of soft fruit plants from here well packaged quickly delivered very happy customer one of the blueberry plant the blueberry blue pearl I would recommend it only grows about a metre tall and about 80 cm wide ideal for a patio looks very different to other blueberry plants I have and the blueberries grow down the branches not in clumps. The amount of flowers on this blueberry blue pearl I have if they all get pollinated they will be at least 80 blueberries on it I would really recommend this one .all of the soft fruit plants are great but this blueberry plant is different the blueberries aren't round they are like a egg shape happy 😄 customer

I bought five honeyberry plants, which arrived in just two days. The packaging was excellent, and the plants look healthy and strong. I was pleasantly surprised to find them well-pruned, in great shape, and larger than expected. Even in 3-litre pots, it is clear these plants are at least three years old. I am looking forward to a harvest next year!

Outstanding first experience. I ordered 2 blueberry plants yesterday, and they were delivered TODAY (granted I ordered at 6am, but still - fire). They were packaged so carefully and expertly to protect the plants, delivered by an excellent delivery company, and the plants themselves are so brilliant, that I literally cannot wait to order something else from them.

I responded to a Trustpilot enquiry about James McIntyre & Sons in early May 2026 about plants I had bought in November 2025. The Blackberry and Tayberry plants had sone well but only 10% of the Polka raspberries had survived.
Stephen McIntyre got in touch on 11 May to express disappointment and ask how he could help. I received replacement bareroot raspberries on 13 May and planted them on 14 May. I did not ask for, or expect replacements. The reason the first batch failed was highly likely to be at my end (me or the weather) rather than the quality of the plants. I have bought many plants from James McIntyre over the years and the quality has always been high.
I spent some time last week setting up a new home broadband contract with one of the UK's biggest companies. James McIntyre & Sons could teach this company and others a thing or two about customer service. Their customer service is excellent.

I received 10 well rooted canes, but only 2 (plus 1 dying) have shown feeble growth above ground. None have yet to show any growth from below ground. They have been regularly watered during the dry weather experienced since early March.

A few months ago I purchased a number of strawberry and raspberry bare root plants which when arrived looked amazing . All planted up and the strawberries already have been amazing with some wonderful sweet early fruits and some of the raspberry plants are looking incredible. But unfortunately for what ever reason some of the raspberry canes suddenly died back , the few new small leaves went brown and absolutely no more new growth . They had been treated the same as the rest which are still doing great . I sent an email
Explaining this and was only asking for advice to what had possibly gone wrong and was not asking or expecting to get replacements for the few that hadn’t grown . But after a very kind reply and a detailed explanation to what may have happened was told that there would be replacements for the ones that hadn’t grown and a few days later as promised they arrived . Can’t thank them enough for above and beyond service , advice and quality. So nice to find a great company that actually cares about its customers as much as it cares about its plants . Will 100% buy from them again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality fruit plants and amazing customer service .

Very prompt efficient service, and the asparagus crowns were excellent. Also like the use of plastic free packaging. I was messed around by Dobies for over a month re. buying asparagus crowns, to no avail, so your service was a breath of fresh air!
