I am now in Calculus and finding it easy and enjoyable thanks to my preparation with Jim. I struggled through algebra and in precalc realized I needed help. My first tutor kept getting stuck on problems and charged a lot anyway. Jim not only helped me with precalc but also identified and addressed my basic algebra problems. It is paying off now and I'm glad I got the help.

I have posted a few very hard problems I needed help with on 2 or 3 Facebook groups. Jim was the only one to respond and carried on a lengthy discussion explaining all the details and tangential points clearly. I can highly recommend him as a cut above all the others in those groups.

Hands down the best tutor I've engaged. I had to try quite a few before finding Jim. He was able to help me with both my math and physics at the calculus level. No problem was too hard and every concept was explained well and clearly. Highly recommended.

His rate was quite fair, I had paid much less qualified tutors similar amounts and others with degrees but no actual teaching experience were charging twice as much or more.
